Great trip for our family. The room was nice cleaning and updated and I liked how close it was to the pool and beach- very manageable with little kiddos.

Best place to stay in Panama city Beach

Very nice unit plenty of space for a family of 4. Second floor was very nice for runs back up from the beach.

Great property

Enjoyed our stay. Complex is great with pools, hot tub, tiki bar, ramps for the beach. Super short walk to beach. Condo was easily accessible, lots of room, comfortable beds, & very clean. Had basics only which is true to listing but would be nice if owner updated skillets & had some spatulas. No spatulas makes for a difficult time making breakfast but that is a minor inconvenience when you have an amazing condo

The room and the view was great. The place was boring! The tiki bar shut down at five! You weren’t allowed to bring your golf carts that you rented on the property! You’re not allowed to grill without walking a half a block to where they have some grills! All in all I will not stay there again! If you’re looking for a quite boring place to go then it’ll be great. But don’t rent a golf cart because if you do, you have to pay 75 to park it across the street and hope nobody steals it.! Plus a car was broken into while we were there from someone staying there and stole a gun and a ladies purse it was all caught on camera though. You can’t even vape on your own private balconies although you’re right in someone else’s yard next-door and they’re smoking and blowing right on your premises so the no smoking is just ridiculous. I can understand not inside but outside whatever.

We are proud of the environment we have created at Watercrest. Our focus is on making the stay enjoyable and family oriented. The break in was attributed to an individual who was not a registered guest on property and they were apprehended within a few minutes. We are very proud of the security steps we have taken and do not allow individuals who break them to be on property. Grills are also located in front of the parking lots as well as a designated smoking area.

Would absolutely book with this host again

Let me start by saying the owner is quick to answer any messages I had sent. Check in was easy and convenient. Cleaners had the room available about an hour before check in which was great also. The condo was cleaned well and they had started amenities for us which saved us from heading to the store immediately after arriving. It’s very roomy and spacious. The view of the ocean was perfect. It was noisy above us some days but I assume they was working on the condo above us. It didn’t take away from our vacation at all though. My only complaint would be the sofa bed. It was not comfortable, but I’ve never slept on one that has ever been comfortable. So I certainly wouldn’t discredit the host for that. Everything was amazing. And we just so happen to run into the owner/manager, who made sure our stay was great and asked us if we need anything. That’s someone that has the best interest of his renters. I will certainly be booking with this host again!!!
