Your friends & family will be close to EVERYTHING when you stay at this centrally-located place. The home is located in the amenity-filled Lake Harmony Estates. 4 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. Comfy and spacious living area with a 55" TV open to the renovated kitchen. Large hot tub, Plenty to do in the downstairs game room including karaoke, a full-size Big Buck Hunter HD arcade game, electronic shufflebowl, & more!

Outside hosts a large wrap-around porch & firepit with plenty of seating.



The Space:

Wake up and enjoy a nice cup of coffee or drink from the wrap around porch and watch the deer wandering.



Hang out in the spacious living room with plenty of seating on either the large L-shaped couch, loveseat or chair while watching something on the 55" smart tv. Easily access the deck from the living room or kitchen area.



4 bedrooms - one with a King bed and two have with Queen size beds. The bedroom on the lower level has a queen bed and a twin bed. Sofa in the downstairs is a pullout full size sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has a closet and set of drawers. All bedrooms come equipped with wall mounted flat screen smart TV's & remote. You just need your streaming service login and you are all set. There is a pack & play available (please bring your own pack & play sheets).



This house also boasts central air conditioning and a whole-house humidifier so it lessens your chance of waking up with a dry throat and dry skin!



Renovated Modern kitchen stocked with all your basic cooking essentials. Pots & Pans, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, large side by side refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. We provide adult plates, bowls and cups and kid size plates, bowls and cups so less you need to pack for your family vacation!



We provide linens and towels (bath and hand towels only) at no charge. You only need to bring your beach towels and you are beach/lake ready. A starter amount of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) and paper towels (1 roll) are provided for your convenience.



There is a portable Bose Bluetooth speaker for your enjoyment. (Please do not play it excessively loud outside.)

Fireplace is ornamental only.



Play on the full-size Big Buck Hunter HD arcade game! Other fun choices are electronic shufflebowl, shuffleboard, Golden Tee electronic golf arcade game, ring toss game, a cool penny smasher or one of the many fun board games for adults and kids. Sing for your friends on the home karaoke machine!

You can also access the outdoor firepit and seating area from the game room.



Hot Tub now available!

Large hot tub out back, just steps from the back door. To keep guest's costs down the hot tub is not included in the nightly rate and will only be charged to those that want to use it during their stay. Hot tub is locked. If you would like to have it available during your stay, please message me after you've booked your stay, and I'll send a payment request. After payment is received, you will receive the unlock code prior to check-in. Hot tub fee is only $40/night with a minimum of two nights.



This home is located within Lake Harmony Estates, which means you have access to their private beach area and lake (open seasonally). 10 beach tags are included with your stay. From the house a short walk to the lake will have you to the beach to relax, play volleyball or on the water float for everyone's fun. The lake offers motorized & non-motorized watersports. Swimming is allowed in the lake.



When lake/beach is open we have a 2-person kayak for you to use, conveniently locked at the lake. We provide 4 adult life jackets and 1 child size life jacket.



So many things to do in the Poconos all year long! Minutes from Nick's Lakehouse Restaurant, Shenanigans, Piggy's breakfast spot, Hog's Heaven Ice Cream and more. Hickory Run State Park hosts Boulder Field, miles of hiking and waterfalls, beaches and more. Just a quick drive and stroll through Jim Thorpe for the day, or visit H2Oooo water park which is only 5 minutes away at the Split Rock Towne Center.

Wintertime fun is a quick 2 miles to Big Boulder, 4 miles to Jack Frost for skiing, snowboarding and snowtubing.

Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire house, except one locked owners' utility room.



Other Things to Note:

Must be 27 years of age to book.

Guests will be required to sign our rental agreement and property rules.

The property has four outdoor cameras for everyone's safety. One on the front porch facing the driveway, one on the corner of the house facing the driveway/street, one on the side of the house and one out back under the deck facing the rear door.
