About this property
Stunning lake/mountain views, adjoining cabin, pet friendly, near Lake Granby!
"This was our first trip to AVR and we will definitely be back. We rented a cabin for the week and it came with everything we needed. The ranch is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous views of the lake, river and mountains. We were able to canoe, mountain bike, hike and paddle board right on the property. The historic lodge is a fun place to hang out in the evenings and we had the added bonus of a music festival while we were there. This is a great place for all ages. We will be back!" About the host

Arapaho Valley Ranch is a gorgeous, family-owned guest ranch in Colorado’s beautiful Grand County. Our ranch is surrounded by the Arapaho National Forest and is nestled in one of the most beautiful wilderness areas in the Indian Peaks Wilderness. This area features hiking trails, waterfalls, and historic steam engines from the old town of Monarch. We have a private hiking trail that leads to our “kissing swing” overlooking the headwaters of the Colorado River Valley.
