This beautiful luxury cabin is minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park, Granby Ranch Ski and Resort, Winter Park, tubing, Lake activities, and much more!! Perfect for family reunions and larger groups- ~~This Large home SLEEPS 17 + 2 infants. Enjoy this amazing mountain retreat and make it a custom to return every year. We have a crib and a pack and play for infants...Enjoy this home with your loved ones in the serene surroundings of the Rocky Mountains and the beautiful nearby Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. Events, such as small weddings, or other gatherings etc, are considered with additional fees- please inquire with Owner.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Guess will receive full check out instructions prior.
Guest is responsible for removing all trash and recycling from the property. Owner provides 2 pay as you throw trash bags for your convenience of dumping at a nearby dumpster.
Please make sure that you return both remote controls for the garage. Otherwise $50 fine and post for each..

WE are thrilled to share this beautiful mountain home with others. It is our DREAM HOME Second Home, so we are very choosy on our guests and do a lot of vetting to make sure it is the right fit. The furnishings were part of the home and they are nicer than our residence home. This is not your typical "mountain Cabin", it is more luxury, but you still enjoy all of the amenities of luxury and be in Nature and the Rocky Mountains.
Why they chose this property
The location, it is very private, the amenities, the space, the views! Wildlife abounds and can walk over ridge to Shadow Mountain Lake. It feels very private. You do not see any neighbor's homes nearby.
What makes this property unique
It is a large home, but feels very cozy and homey. We love the furnishings and how nice everything is here. It has good quality stuff...EVERYTHING! We are 6 minutes from Downtown Grand Lake by car. Easy access to the home from Hwy 34.
