Oceanfront Penthouse with Pool and Beach Access

Important Notice:

Please note the building is undergoing renovations. There is no access to the balcony and you should expect loud noises during the hours of 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. As well l, the pool will be closed on weekdays and re-open on the weekends. Beach access will not be affected.

Enjoy the relaxing and beautiful panoramic views of the ocean, coast and city from our 3bd/2.5ba luxurious and spacious penthouse located in Sian Ocean Residence.

Glass windows from ceiling to floor and three large balconies with comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy the incredible sunrise and stunning views.

Master Bedroom include a private balcony and spacious walk in closet.

The Penthouse amenities include Beach Access, Pool, 24/7 Fitness Center, 24/7 Valet Parking, Lounge Area, Community Center, Party room, and much more.

The Community Center includes Ping Pong Table, foosball Table, Pool Table, and more.

The pool hours are from sunrise to sunset. The party room is available from 10am to 1am.

The Entire Penthouse Property and all building amenities. Private Foyer entrance accessed with a keycard.

You must be 21 years or older to rent this condo.

We will need the first and last name of each guest staying in the Penthouse. The front desk will only allow guest that we have listed to enter.

Great place!!

The property itself was clean and very well prepared. Great views and tons of room. Communication leading up to the trip was slow and not consistent; however, it did get much better within 3 days of our stay. This place was worth the price and I would recommend it.

Spacious 6p appt with view of the beach

We had a great stay at this spacious appt with view of the beach. The 3 beds slept well. The kitchen had all that you need. The valet parking for 10 allows you to come and go whenever you want.The appt feels a bit dated though and could use some TLC.The acoustics make it less suited for loud families.We also could not get hold of the host when some practical issues arose, that we solved ourselves in the end.

Paid 1600 for penthouse for 2 nightsGot there, and receptionist said no reservation was in the books , plus min stay was 3 nights. I was completely scammed and embarrassed in from of family and friends. Would appreciate compensation for the inconvenience

Beautiful Property

The property was amazing. Beautiful. Huge. Comfortable. Great views. The check in process was majorly problematic. They did not alert the building that we were coming. We tried every form of communication to get into contact with the owner/property manager. We had to wait about 2 hours before we got ahold of someone, the ex property manager. This ex property manager was very kind of helped us get into the property and checked up on us later. I highly recommend the property but hope they get their check in process figured out.

It was ok

Our stay here was ok. I didn't receive a code to get in the day of our travel. I message the host a couple times during our travel day with no reply. As we arrived to check in, I finally got a message back with the security code. It made me stressed all day because I had read other people's reviews about the check in process being bumpy. We did get in on arrival, but it was a bummer wondering all day if we were going to be able to get in.It is quite a walk to Hollywood Beach and there aren't very many places to eat within a reasonable walking distance. Beach and pool were nice. View from the balcony was nice. There weren't enough bath towels for each person in our group, but I contacted the host, and he ordered more within a few hours so that was very nice. Cleanliness was mediocre. There were dirty towels in the bathroom closet, the water cooler was empty and the water dispenser on the fridge was moldy.Our stay was ok but if I had it to do over, I would stay closer to Hollywood Beach.

Scammed by the view: filthy rental, false promises and a host who doesn’t care.

I wouldn’t wish this scam on anyone.We arrived at 7pm to check in, walked in the doors to penthouse 10 and it was absolutely disgusting. Garbage all over the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Meanwhile the host was calling me, saying he didn’t know someone stayed the night before. Mind you this is 7pm for us travelers with children and older adults. The host said clean sheets were in the closets for us to change ourselves, and he’ll get cleaners out as soon as possible. I had multiple calls with the host, as we all walked somewhere to eat (since we had no place to stay). It was not until after midnight when we got into the place! We basically had to sit on the couch while the 2 cleaners “finished” and left. While sitting on the couch we saw blood spots(picture proof), and had the cleaner wipe it off before leaving. The place was clean enough when they left, but the towels were in the dryer. The host said he would refund us the first night and “make this right”.Is this listing accurate? No, no foosball table as seen in listing, and no shampoo or soap as stated in listing. When communicating with the host about a refund, he stated he’s being generous for giving us a refund for the 1 day especially since he had to pay extra to get cleaners out late night. That had nothing to do with our reservation that was booked a month ago. The host also mentioned owning the penthouse right across the hall, PH 11. Looks like he will just keep scamming people for the view!
