About this property

Fully furnished renovated historic home, perfect for hosting large groups for a fun-filled long weekend. Can accommodate at least 10 guests comfortably (up to 14 max.) and well located, plenty of street parking in front of and on the side of house. Walking distance (two blocks) to Bardstown Road, with bars, restaurants, coffee shops, liquor store, shopping, etc. and a short 5 miles Uber/Lyft ride to historic Churchill Downs Racetrack. Only a couple miles from downtown too!

Charming beautiful home in desired Highlands / Cherokee Triangle area of Louisville, Kentucky. Recently repainted main level, front and back patios, on a corner lot in perfect location! Walking distance to Cherokee Park, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, liquor store, shopping, etc. and only 5 miles from historic Churchill Downs Racetrack.

Very cute house and neighborhood, perfect for a large family or group of friends. Walking distance to some great bars and restaurants and short Uber ride into the city. House was very clean and exactly as described. 5/5!

2023 National Farm Machinery Show

This property allowed us to have 4-5 people a night to be in the same house so we could have team building and company growth conversations. The location was conveniently placed for us to walk to supper and enjoy the restaurants and bourbon tasting rooms on Bardstown road. The house is in great shape and has a very "homey" century old style that we enjoyed...it is a full 3 story home.
