The place is great.The only thing that bothered us was the ac fan constantly running and the ice maker didn’t work. And it’s hard to get over to the beach club. It has no parking and right now they didn’t run the bus much at all. When beach club first opened they had small amount of parking and the beach chairs were free. But check in was wonderful. Had no problems and would stay there again.

Great relaxing community

Our stay was great. The community offers something for everyone. Shuttle to beach was a breezy to use. Would stay again.

This was the cleanest VBRO we have ever stayed at. The apartment is well stocked and is located In a very secure area. We have already booked for next year. Private beach and club and access to two different swimming pools.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. It offered all the amenities we needed and was impeccably clean. However, there were only a few towels per bathroom, so you’ll need to wash often. The beach club and shuttle service were great, but unfortunately, beach chairs are no longer provided. There’s a beach rental service available.

Nice place

The view, amenities are great. PKRM is fantastic. The beds are a bit harder than we like and they didn't have fitted sheets, which we prefer. Other than that, we will be back!

Nice Unit with misleading photos

The unit itself was very clean, and comfortable and it had everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. The experience with the property management company was good as well but there were some issues. None of these are major issues but they are good to know if you are planning on staying there. Although the unit had everything you need, it was the bear, and I mean bear minimum. One roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, one trash bag. Again, these aren't huge deals but now you have to buy paper towels and toilet paper and trash bags and what if you flew here? Are you going to pack that all up? Just throw in a couple more of each and the problem is solved. The bigger issue to me is the bait-and-switch with the photos. The first couple of images that show the balcony....that isn't the ocean or bay in the background, that's actually land but they clearly photoshopped it so the sky looks like water. The picture of the nice resort pool with the water features? You can't even use that pool. Same goes for the gym. Now there is another pool and a gym you can use but they arent as nice so they instead choose to show photos of something not even available with this unit. That is dishonest, misleading and intentional and it's not right. I would have stayed in this unit again but not after something like this. Show the real photos and let the people decide if it's good enough or not. That's my opinion at least.

The cleaning crew had not done a great job before we arrived but the host was contacted and they were appreciative of our input and would be addressing these issuesThe week we’re there, maintenance crews were working on the condo building using grinders and hammer chisels to take up tiles and flooring - the noise started at 8am and ran till 5 pm. The hammer chisel noise reverberated through building very loudly - there was no knowledge by the host that this was going on and was very disruptive to our stay. I suggested input to the Condo Management to do these type of repairs during off season!The condo itself was wonderful and very comfortable and I recommend it very highly.
