This fully updated, uniquely styled home is fitted with a heated-saltwater pool, mini golf course, bbq, indoor/outdoor living spaces, and ample room for sleeping and entertaining.
This home is centrally located! Just 5 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale, less than 20 minutes to Footprint Center (Phoenix Suns arena), and Chase Field (Arizona Diamond Backs). 10 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, desk, and full shower. And the other two bedrooms both feature 2 queen size beds each and a vanity. There is another full bath located right next to the rooms.
We kindly ask to keep neighbors in mind when you are in the back or front yard. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions!
