This lovely retreat is in a great neighborhood in North Naples near dining options, a shopping center, stores, and grocery stores, and within two miles of Wiggins Pass Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park.

This well-appointed duplex shares a sparkling heated outdoor pool with the other duplex on-site. This is a wonderful perk, especially if you are staying during hot summer days and would like an instant refreshment! There is a huge backyard with a beautiful lawn and a stone patio with a propane grill for warm-weather barbecues. The beautiful screened porch overlooks the pool and provides a great source of shade and comfort with an inviting seating area and a dining table.

Inside, this air-conditioned home away from home boasts a sunny and breezy living area with inviting sofas throughout and a large TV to watch your favorite movies and shows during your stay! Free high-speed WiFi is provided, so don't hesitate to video call your folks back home to show them where you are staying, or upload all of your favorite pictures on your social media and be the envy of your friends! When mealtime comes, the fully-equipped kitchen will help you prepare memorable meals and snacks on the go for the crew. The dishwasher will make cleaning up a breeze for sure. Additional amenities on-site include central AC and a washer/dryer.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
