The Hideaway : HotTub+BBQ+Fire-pits+pool table

Home is located on the hill side with great views of the town of Yucca Valley. The house is on a short dirt road from the main hwy . It is a very quite street gives you an amazing opportunity for privacy as the house is almost about an acre of land. The night sky is clear as we have no city lights or many cars on the street . You are close to grocery stores restaurants and the Joshua tree National Park still feel like you are out in the country. My home is none smoking .

Our host Martha was so accommodating and responsive during our two night stay. I wish we could have stayed longer! We truly appreciated how fully stocked the house was with all of the amenities to make us feel at home. The location of the home to all of the tourist spots and fun activities we had planned was also much appreciated. Thank you so much for an awesome stay.

Good location, very nice house with a big master bed/ bath. Close to Joshua Tree N.P. Very comfy bed. The bathrooms have everything you need i.e. hair straightener, dryer, magnifying mirrors... We loved the hot tub and pool table! Dirt road has divots, so drive slowly when pulling on to the street.

Stayed 4 nights. The hot tub and telescope were welcome features as were the drinks and snacks provided. Very well stocked with items like spices, foil, creamers, sugar, paper towels...and toiletries including lotion, shampoo, conditioner, bath wash, tissues ... Martha responded quickly to messages. Home i well laid out and furnished. Loved the warm blankets to wrap in. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Perfect Vacation House

Martha’s house was a perfect place to stay if you’re looking to explore in and around Joshua Tree. Its location was near many gas stations and grocery stores which was perfect if you wanted to stay in and cook like we did. It’s a 20 minute drive from the park and is close to so many cool stores. We loved all the amenities that came with the house especially the games, the hammocks, fire pit, and hot tub. She had everything you needed to cook and a stocked pantry that was available to use. She also responded super fast so she was reliable with communication. I would recommend this place to anyone and we were pleasantly impressed.

A lovely Getaway into beauty

Wonderful stay here! We only stayed for the weekend, and took advantage of all that this lovely hideaway has to offer. The Hot Tub! Cornhole, watching the sunset, and chilling on the swinning hammocks on the porch! Would definitely stay here again! Martha is a gem and you can tell how muvh dedication she puts into her home!

Home away from home

Our family of 4, including 2 teens, had a wonderful stay at the Hideaway! We had everything we needed to feel comfortable and call this our temporary home. Martha was very responsive and welcomed us with snacks. The place was clean and well stocked. The location was a close drive to shops, Joshua Tree and Palm Springs. This was one of the best equipped homes I have rented. It was very convenient to Joshua Tree Park, and there were plenty of shopping and dinner options near by. My only negative is I would have liked more check out instructions.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

My husband and I highly recommend this property. The house is clean, cozy, and comfortable. We love all the attention to detail with great decor, snacks, beverages, robes, amenities, and most of all Coffee! We enjoyed stargazing in the yard and even saw StarLink. We're happy we had our Jeep for the dirt road to the home. A great hide away and we look forward to staying again! Thank you Martha!

Perfect Place to Relax!

In town for a family celebration at Joshua Tree. Convenient location, super roomy, great beds and big living room for family visits between scheduled events. It was so peaceful! Martha pays great attention to detail and anticipating guests needs. We had fun observing local "desert creatures" and foliage in the backyard and neighborhood, something we wont see here. Super clean vrbo! We would rent again if we ever need to return to the area. Only concern was the dirt roads leading to the neighborhood and in Joshua Tree... city and state dont maintain them, so you need to be very careful driving - less than 10 mph careful. But, it was worth the bumps and dips!!

Home away from home!

This property had everything you could need and more! We were only here 2 nights and our group was disappointed we hadn’t booked for longer because we didn’t feel like we could do everything the space had to offer! We took advantage of the hot tub, outdoor patio, and telescope. We would have loved to use the firepit(s) if we had more time. The beds and couch were comfortable and the kitchen being stocked with drinks and snacks made it feel like home. Would definitely stay here again if we ever return to this area!
