Beautiful Country Cottage: fire pit, near MSU, Antiques, Winery & trails

Cozy farmhouse cottage, fully furnished, new construction. Located 20 minutes from MSU and 5 minutes off highway I-96. Enjoy the peaceful countryside of Williamston, MI, with walking trails nearby, antique mall a few minutes away, amazing food downtown, and a fire pit just outside the cottage. Come relax in this beautiful home away from home with your friends and family!

This is a shared yard with the owners who have chickens, barn cats, and a friendly dog (who might bark when he first sees a guest as he wants to meet you). If you’d like to have farm fresh eggs from the hens, we are more than happy to share some with you-just ask us!

Although we do have pets on the property, we ask that no pets go in the cottage as we need to keep it free of allergens for family and friends who are allergic to animals. Thanks for understanding!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash your dishes, you can leave them drying in the drying rack.
Gather all trash and bring to brown garbage bin (in front of the garage of other house on property).
Leave sheets on beds- don’t make the beds as we will strip them shortly.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO PETS as we want to be considerate of our guests with allergies.
No smoking of any kind inside the house-which includes cannabis and vaping.

Great place and Location

We rented for a week and had family celebrations in the area so it was easy to get where we needed to go. Close to downtown Williamston which has wonderful restaurants and atmosphere. It was wonderful to come back every night and relax in the central AC.

Lovely retreat

Nice location to all of our events. Felt like a getaway even though we only live 45 minutes away. I would suggest this to anyone looking to stay overnight in the Williamston area. Though our children are married, it would be interesting to spend time at a reception or a get together in the barn.
