Expansive first floor Master bedroom has a king-size bed; large walk-in closet, and huge ensuite bath. One bedroom upstairs has Queen-size bed and the second has a king-size bed. Additional king-size sofa-bed and convertible ottoman-desk in upper loft area. Fully equipped kitchen, new appliances, and fresh linens. Full-size washer/dryer on main floor. Wireless high-speed internet; Comcast/Xfinity cable TV and a whole house security system. 65-inch Samsung UHDTV in the living. House has hurricane grade windows and doors; whole house water filtration; reverse osmosis drinking water system that also feeds the refrigerator ice maker (no need to buy bottled water) and large two-car garage with showroom flooring and lots of overhead storage. Access to huge community pool, hot tub, and premium fitness center. Large screened-in fully furnished lanai.
