Nice weekend spot

Nice place for a weekend stay. Everything you need near by. Not a large space but enough for a weekend getaway.

Perfect location

The hotel was very clean, great staff, two really cool bars, restaurant, great pool, great music outside starting at 2pm., beach, views, safe. Big fish rentals were very responsive to change out my coffee maker

Communication with property manager was excellent. The room was very clean and the view was amazing. We had all the supplies we needed and would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great week!

Studio room with a great location.

We have stayed at the resort for 10 years. We love it. This room was outdated but a great price. I would rather have a great price and come more than a fancy newly done room that is expensive and come less!

Quick Beach Trip

This condo was great for our short stay. We just needed somewhere to sleep as we spent most of our time on the beach and dining out.Some of the furniture in the condo could use some repair/replacment but we didn’t use anything but the beds. Overall, the condo was clean. The hotel staff was very friendly . The atmosphere of the hotel was very casual, fun, and laid back! The live band by the pool was great to unwind in the evenings.The check in process for us had a small hiccup but was quickly fixed by the property manager, so overall check in was easy.This was a great little condo for a quick get away!

Dirty

The room was very dirty and out dated unlike the pictures presented. Ocean Annie’s is over crowded and very difficult to park in the garage as towing is not enforced for non residents of the hotel.

Weekend get away

I enjoyed the stay, just wish the room had more. There was one paper towel left on the roll and no replacement to be found. The communication of the 844 was fantastic and they were super helpful when I thought I lost my keycard. I would rent from this place again, but would stay elsewhere.

The rental listing did not include all required fees even though the booking post stated "all fees included". The resort requires payment of resort fees and it was never fully explained as to what they are for. This adds significantly to the cost to stay there. Pool bands were supposed to be in the unit to be able to use amenities and they were not. The unit needs maintenance. Paint is chipping from molding and some spots on the walls were touched up with mismatched paint. Some repairs appeared to be unfinished, ie. plaster from bathroom ceiling on the bathroom walls. The dishwasher was loose in the cabinet and appeared not to latch so we did not attempt to use it. Some updates were evident such as bathroom mirror, vanity, counter top and backsplash as well as the kitchen counter top, backsplash and microwave. The exterior of the refrigerator is dirty/rusting but clean on the inside and took a long time to cool inside the refrigerator part. The dishes were very random and thrown in the cabinet with no organization or stacking. The cabinet above the refrigerator appeared not to have been opened for some time and had roach droppings and live insects. The location of the unit is nice and the view of the beach is good. Overall, the stay was not horrible but dealing with extra charges that were not included in the booking price with no compromise on charges and then having a unit that is not great was quite disappointing.

Terrible!

This property was poorly advertised. We experienced several issues of cleanliness, was put in health hazard due to feces, and roach infestation. What's worse, vrbo was notified and has not backed us at all!

Disappointed

The room was very disappointing. The furniture had terrible water damage. The lighting in the bathroom was not sufficient. The only trash can in the place was a tiny one in the bathroom. There were no paper towels and no bath soap. The only good thing was the view.

Never Again

The pictures are deceiving. The furniture is falling apart and the carpet is in need of replacing. We arrived at midnight hoping to find a clean place to stay but found the opposite. There were clumps of hair in the shower, an odd smell in the room, stained towels, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, sheets that are pilling and so on. The rental company is "Big Fish Rentals" and they were less than helpful when we contacted them and almost made it seem like this is a normal occurrence for them. The actual building also had a scent to it and often had trash in the hallways and was in desperate need of updating. Do not recommend staying here or renting with Big Fish Rentals.
