Third time. Wonderful location! Perfect for older generation to really enjoy the ocean, beach and gentle breezes from the comfort of the balcony, or on the beach! Also perfect for a young family as well! Convenient to the many attractions of North Myrtle Beach, as well as shopping. Will definitely be back!

Great place to stay. Everything was just as it was stated to be. Great views from the porch & close to the sand.ONLY problem is that the owners need to work with the home owners association about parking. The HOA only allows one parking pass. You can not expect 4 or 6 people and luggage to fit in one car. Especially driving 500 miles. No fault of Vrbo. Sad to say that this will be a deal breaker to ever stay again with more than 2 people.

We stayed at A Place at the Beach 3 1I. We loved our condo and would enjoy coming again! The only thing I’d change is the outside door chain - at times it would get stuck on its self. It was an easy fix though! Thank you for an excellent vacation!

We always s enjoy staying here in this condo. I reported a couple of complaints and maintenance worker came and took care of the problems. He chipped the ice out of the freezer and also got the ice maker going again. Great location.

We love our unit! It’s literally on the water! Elliott always comes through and takes care of us! We accidentally drove to the wrong check in office and it was after hours. There were two staff members still there and they stayed a little later to help us figure out where to go. That’s above and beyond.
