Excellent location and house was perfectly laid out. Make sure you bring your own beach towels since they don't supply them.

Perfect for Beachfront gatherings

Enjoyed the various outdoor living spaces, large kitchen and location. Just steps to beach and a short bike ride to town. Plenty of parking.

Great house. At least one bedroom could have two beds especially if there are children among the renters. There are some electrical issues: some lamps don’t work at all, and others (dining room chandelier) flicker like there is a short.The kitchen is well equipped.All in all a good house for a group!

Beautiful Location, Perfect Beach House

The house was spacious and the layout was fantastic. The location of this home couldn't be better. Steps away from the beach! Easy walk to restaurants and shops, yet just far away enough for peace and quietness.

Great beach house!

Perfect beach house with everything needed for a weekend getaway. The house was comfortable and location on beach could not be better. The code didn’t work upon entry, so took a little while to get in, but management got back to me to provide new one fairly quickly.

Super fun. Super loaded with what you want. Love that the master is on 3rd floor and young adults had the entire 2nd floor and game room below.

Nice location and nice time!

We had a nice stay as the property was right on the beach. 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bath, balconies, screened-in porch. Spacious for the 8 of us. Excellent sunrise view and sand strolling. Ping pong table and cornhole. Grill (charcoal, not propane). We rented beach equipment. Walking distance to pleasant seafood restaurants and for breakfast/lunch. Only 30 minutes to historic Charleston and Mount Pleasant (movie and miniature golf/arcade). Very relaxing.

Lots of room for the family to do so many things

This is our second year staying at this property. We have all adult children so the configuration of the two living areas plus the space in the bedrooms and the double decks allow people to engage in so many activities simultaneously,; well-stocked kitchen, which opens right into a dining room and a big open room thatprovides priceless family time. Of course this property is just on the beach. The management of the property on site has just changed. There is no longer free cancellation.

Great location!

We liked this house and loved the location! We really appreciated the start-up toiletries and kitchen essentials. Not all rentals do that and we wanted you to know it was noted and appreciated. The top level of the house is beautiful, excellent for entertaining with the open floor plan. Spent most of our time on the screened in deck off of the living room. Of course it needs some updates, but for a rental, it served its purpose for us! The management company has been 5 star, so responsive and quick to address any issues. Thank you for everything, we look forward to visiting Folly again!

Family Sring Break

The layout of home was great and as pictured. We enjoyed the deck space and ability to spread out. The kitchen and bathrooms were quite dirty which was very disappointing! There were many electrical issues with outlets, lighting, and hair dryer. The elevator was not working which was an issue for my 83 year old father.This was our third stay on Folly Beach and although we did enjoy our stay, I would not return to this particular home.

Large beautiful modern house right on the beach. Plan to stay here again next year. Elevator is a nice plus for bringing groceries and luggage to top floor. Really great view of the ocean especially from the top floor. Big kitchen.

Folly beach vacation

Wonderful house with plenty of large open living areas, great views, and just a short walk to the beach. Beach is wide with shallow warm water and big tide pools-perfect for younger kids. We did have a toilet overflow soon after arriving but Vacasa management responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic ocean views!

Wonderful property within steps of the beach. The decks and porches have unobstructed views of the water. Comfortable furniture, lots of seating for the 8 of us. Kitchen well stocked. Highly recommend. A note to maintenance: two lights out in master bath. And to cleaning services: only one roll of toilet paper in master bath. All the others had an extra roll. No big deal.

Luxury beach house

The house was beautiful. Facing the ocean, gorgeous unobstructed view, huge kitchen with all appliances, dishware, utensils. High ceilings, nice and big bedrooms. Our group was 5 couples. We also enjoyed the charcoal grill and ping pong table. Great location. Easy walk to Bert's grocery.

Very pleasant and relaxing

Delta Sigma Theta LSs Retreat 22 yrs.

The house was beautiful, clean, and accommodating. Five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 6 balconies overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and an elevator to easily get to the 3 floors. Second time staying in this location. Planning to make it an annual event. Thanks for sharing your home with us.
