This is a beautiful home and our 3 families had plenty of room. Everything was clean and it had everything we needed. If we are all heading back to SC we would definitely rent from Rob again!

What a great house! It is centrally located yet so very secluded! Easy access to Center street and the beach! I recommend renting bikes as you can access all areas of the island easily from this location. This house is incredible! All the bedrooms are amazing and plenty of room for everyone to hang out. The infinity pool was so nice just to lounge by and swim in, The views from the screen porch and the marshland behind the house are so incredibly peaceful! Highly recommend and we will be back!

This secluded place is beautifully designed and is well equipped. It’s suited our purposes very nicely, a family reunion.The setting is spectacular. There’s a fair amount of deferred maintenance but everything worked well. Providing shampoo and conditioner would have been nice for a luxury place.

Truly one of the more beautiful homes we stayed in! They have everything you need! Show up and start your vacation!! The home was clean and welcoming! Beautiful property close to beach and Center St! Lots to do! We rented a golf cart and that also made our trip easier! Thank you 620 Beach Ct! We will be back!

Beautiful home - even better than pics. Perfect spot for our family vacation with a couple of toddlers. Supplied with everything we needed - including high chairs, etc. Quiet neighborhood and amazing views from the deck/pool.

This house is fantastic. The interior is large, clean and well provisioned. The pool and outdoor space is amazing with unmatched privacy. There were 8 adults and 4 kids in our group and we absolutely loved our week there. Folly Beach is a favorite with our family and now we will be coming back to this house. Highly recommend.

This place was fantastic!! Everything about it was incredible. Huge living room, kitchen, dining room, great marsh views, wonderful outdoor space and pool. We had an absolutely wonderful week and can't recommend it highly enough!!Wow!!

This was one of the nicest vacation homes I've ever stayed in. The house is even bigger than it seems in pictures - everything was updated so beautifully, it was very clean, and the location was a perfect combination of peaceful and close to downtown Folly. Would love to come back and stay again soon.

Great property with exceptional views and great open spaces to gather our big family. Kitchen was fairly well stocked although a wee bit disorganized. Loved having two refrigerators, two dishwashers and two ovens. Lots of storage space and large table yo eat at. Rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. We especially loved the upstairs master suite which was very comfortable and exceptionally nice. The upstairs game room had a bit of a “stale” smell but we didn’t use it much. The pool was very nice and the grandkids loved it. Everybody was super happy with the house. We would definitely stay there again.

Very beautiful home!!! Rented this home for a girls trip and we had plenty of room for the 9 of us. This house is huge, nice big kitchen for cooking. It was nice having a pool/patio area which we used alot, but also the beach was so close. Folly Beach was not far for restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Like that this home was secluded as well. The host was quick to respond to any questions/comments I had. I would stay there again, love it!!!!

Best equipped kitchen ever. Lots of appliances, casserole dishes, pots pans, etc. Best central a/c system in a large house wth no hot or cold spots. Could have used extra set of linens for the sleeper sofa. Property manager was great in resolving issues when a professional wasn't available though few problems wth house. Operational instructions for the tv system would be helpful as 3 controllers were confusing to all over 18yrs of age.

House was clean, we really enjoyed our stay. The common areas were larger than we anticipated. Could use additional dish ware, lacking bowls and small plates as well as spoon cutlery. Cooking pans and skillets really need updating. We primarily cooked in so really noticed these items as lacking. The outdoor space was lovely. Lot was totally private and we appreciated the quiet area and proximity to the beach.

Family stayed at this property for our son's wedding. The house was amazing. Very spacious, extremely clean, and well stocked in the kitchen with everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed sitting by the pool and watching the deer and other wildlife on the property. This property is a very short walk to the beach. Would love to stay again!
