This is a beautiful property with easy access to the strip. The building is safe with 24 hour security. This is a hybrid arrangement between the owner and the front desk. My stay was for 10 days. Although it’s a private residence, no advance instructions were provided for house keeping, trash removal, linen and towel service, or check out requirements.
