A coastal aura fills the space, as the interior of this cottage are decked out in wood floors, and thoughtfully decorated with light, airy neutral colors. Step into the first story foyer area to find three bedrooms down and the living areas and the fourth bedroom up. The queen master suite has its owner private bathroom, a generous sitting area for two, a private flat screen mounted TV, and plenty of storage. The updated master bath has dual vanities, a soaker bathtub, and a glass enclosed walk in shower. The second bedroom, a queen down has a private bathroom (shower only), a flat screen mounted TV, plenty of hooks for storage, and access to the open-air balcony with views of Seaside Avenue. The third bedroom down is a custom designed bunk room with custom built in closets for each bunk and plenty of under bunk storage as well as its own private bathroom. The bathroom has dual vanities and a glass enclosed walk in shower. Also located on this level of the home is a washer and dryer for your convenience in a dedicated walk-in laundry room.

Make your way to the second story and you’ll find a large open combined living area floor plan with a modern updated kitchen and two outdoor spaces. The spacious living area has four large club chairs, a sofa, and ottoman seating as well as a large mounted flat screen TV perfect for family movie nights in. Adjacent to the living is the dining area that comfortably seats 8 and overlooks the balcony.
