Amazing week

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house. Great location and property. Perfect accommodations for our family of 5. If there were ONE complaint (and there is only one I can think of...) is I wish the guests could be allowed a little more freedom with the thermostat. While I understand not wanting people to abuse the temperature high or low... there were times, particularly at night that my family got hot at night while sleeping and we were unable to reduce the temperature below 68. Again... it was a wonderful week at a wonderful property. And this is the ONLY issue we had.

Such a great house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. The house was a great size for our family of 7 (including the baby). We had 2 6'+ kids stay in the loft, and that was a little challenging, but a good spot for them. The location is perfect and would definitely stay there again.

Just what I had hoped for.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was hoping for a small beach side bungalow for my husband and myself. When I saw the pictures of A Beautiful Day I knew I had found our spot. It was very charming and with the high ceilings it felt larger than it actually was. We spent a lot of time in the front porch swing. The location was perfect. Once we arrived we never had to get in the car again. We walked or rode bikes everywhere. The small town of Seaside was one street over. The private beach access was right across the street. The property managers were so friendly and helpful.

Cozy and comfortable, even during Hurricane Helene

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cottage has a wonderful deep screened porch with comfortable furniture which was perfect (and perfectly dry) during the very rainy two days of hurricane Helene. It was perfect for napping, morning coffee, and people-watching. The location cannot be beat, It’s steps from the beach, one street from the center of town, and in the older part of Seaside, which we prefer. The cottage is well-appointed with two nice bedrooms and baths. The kitchen had everything we needed, though we did not cook much during our stay. We did not use the sleeping loft. There was good storage in the bathrooms, fair storage in the bedrooms. My only negative was that there were so many throw pillows on beds and sofas, they took up too much room in closets or bedrooms. I should probably have climbed the ladder to the loft to put them up there!
