We stayed here for a family vacation and had a fantastic experience. The home was super clean, cozy, and the beds were very comfortable, everyone slept great! The location was ideal, close to everything we needed but still peaceful and relaxing. You can tell the place is well cared for, and it really made our trip stress-free. We’d absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend it to other families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Very cozy cabin, great to spend some days with family!
The cabin is well located outside of Steward and away from the craziness of the downtown Steward area. It’s a cute cabin and was perfect for our family of 4. The kids enjoyed the loft area and had a fun time in that upper bed. The downstairs bedroom is nice and comfortable. We slept comfortably each night there during our stay and didn’t have any issues with road noise or any other noise, literally just the birds. The owners are super helpful and friendly. We were impressed when we took the boat tour and our captain was one of the owners. We had enjoyed a fire pit and smores the first evening with the kids. The owner had some really good suggestions for local hikes and we were not disappointed. We loved the Seward area and this cabin and stay was just amazing! Really a great experience and we are actually looking to do it again, maybe during the winter.
The house and property were meticulously kept- the decorations in tha cabin were very cute and comfortable. We made a fire in the community fire pit and roasted hot dogs for dinner one night- it was a great place to stay.
I stayed here with my 18 yr old son and we had an amazing time. The property was beautiful and the cabin was perfect for the two of us. Clean, welcoming and we felt right at home. Everything we needed was provided, the beds were very comfortable and hosts were communicative and a pleasure to work with. We loved our stay and would stay here again if we returned to Seward.
This place was more than we had hoped for!! It is not far from town but isolated at the same time for privacy and relaxing. Loved the covered fire pit and cooking area. I would highly recommend this place!
Great retreat for a quick weekend of fishing! The cabin is so cute and clean and comfortable! We loved our bits of downtime between fishing excursions.

The property is fairly new, so everything is pristine. The layout of the property including the gazebos is nice. Only 5-10 minute drive into town for anything you may need.
Great property, everything is new and clean. Everything as advertised, host had great communication. Only thing I would advise travelers is that this is outside of Seward city limits so it’s not really walking distance to the downtown area, so plan to have a car or bike.
We spent two nights here. Nice setup with one bedroom downstairs and a queen bed in loft upstairs. Ladder stairs to the loft. We were very comfortable.
This place was literally perfect for us - we originally had planned to have 4 people, but it ended up being just two of us. It was in a GREAT location - close to Seward and the Exit Glacier turnoff without actually being in Seward. It was quiet and remote, but not too remote, and it was easy to find! It was a very cute place, very clean, and very comfortable!
Our only complaint was that we didn't get to meet Bobby the dog!
We absolutely loved this cabin. It was a perfect home base while we explored Seward and Kenai Fjords, only about 15 minutes away by car. It's brand new, very clean, and super comfortable. The loft does have a low ceiling but it didn't bother my husband or I. There isn't a dinner table, but the coffee table in the living room worked perfectly for eating dinners. Having the grill and fire pit were such a nice touch. And Rodney was so helpful and responsive! Can't recommend this place enough!
We absolutely loved our stay here. Our cabin was pristine with so many well thought out details. Everything from the decorating (beautiful art!) to where the outlets were placed and even the spice rack - we appreciated all of it! Super comfy for the 3 of us and my teenager enjoyed having the loft to himself. We took full advantage of the outdoor space - enjoying the swing and having a firepit every night. The grill came in handy to cook the fish we caught earlier that day. The beds were so comfy - we wanted to stay! We will be back for sure and that is the ultimate compliment to the hosts and this lovely retreat that they've created.
If you are looking to stay in Seward or the surrounding area this is the place for you! Our kids loved the second story loft area and were more than happy to go to bed each night.
Your host is so kind helpful and responsive. The home has all that you need and is brand new. What more could you ask for? The weather was a little rainy so we were not able to take advantage of the fire pit that was outside, but it looked as though it would have been a wonderful time with the family had we had the chance. This really was an amazing place.
Thank you again for letting us stay!
Our family really enjoyed this adorable cabin! The beds were very comfortable and the cabin was immaculately clean. The bedroom is private and cozy. While you can’t stand up in the loft, it was huge and I would have stayed up there even as an adult. The cabin was very well thought out down to the smallest details and so cozy. It fit our family of 4 perfectly. We used the community BBQ, which was very convenient. The covered fire pit area was perfect for a rainy evening. The location was quiet and ideal for Kenai Fjords National Park and Seward. Communication and instructions were top notch and the owner was so friendly. And can’t forget sweet Bobby, their friendly dog that politely wanders the property. This cabin was one of my favorite vacation rentals I have stayed in and I would absolutely stay here again without even looking elsewhere. I highly recommend it!
Well-appointed, comfortable cabin. Nice streaming TV setup. Rodney graciously rolled with some changes in our schedule early on. Those changes resulted in my needing a refund for one night, but the hosts weren’t able to do that thru the Vrbo system, which was not the greatest situation for my finances. We figured it out once I got to the property, and I consider this a teeny tiny note. The cabin is lovely! It just seemed kind of un-Vrbo to not be able to get a refund thru the system.
