3. Hand wash all pots and pans. Please dry and put away. 4. Turn off all appliances, leave them clean and RUN dishwasher. 5. Turn off lights and fans. 6. Make sure sand spills are removed from home.
7. Return all remotes to their respective locations. 8. Place all towels in a bathtub or shower. 9. Close and lock all doors. 10. Please text your check out time to 214-502-7355.

Excellent Beach House!

Our family enjoyed a week at the beach making memories together! The highlight was the beach house we rented within Emerald Shores. The house was excellent! It had plenty of room for 12 of us, every detail was thought of, and the owners were absolutely fantastic! They were easy to communicate with and provided all the details we needed without having to ask. The beach house was beautiful and conveniently located across the street from the pool which allowed more flexibility for our group. The local contact that the owner gave us was so kind and reached out with 4th of July and restaurant suggestions for us. We could not have asked for a better week at the beach!

We loved Latitude Adjustment. Very clean and had so many necessities in the house that we didn’t have to worry about getting once we got settled. The host was very informative and helpful with any questions regarding our stay. Very short walk to the beach and loved the beach shuttle you could catch a ride on. Had a wagon to help you carry all your items to the beach which was a great help. Loved the quiet neighborhood and all the amenities like the pool and tennis court. Overall was an amazing stay and would recommend to everyone!

Best week at the Beach

We loved the quiet and gated community. Our house was equipped with anything we would need plus a great bonus big beach wagon. This was a game changer. Plus there was “wagon” parking at the pavilion by the beach, this was so nice. We were also introduced to our very own Destin concierge couple. They were a quick text away to answer any questions about the area and they frequently checked on us. We had a great experience at Lattitude Adjustment.

You won’t find a better home in the beautiful Emerald Shores community. Owners and local caretakers are extremely committed to providing excellent customer service. The home itself is very clean and comfortable with an especially comfortable primary suite king size bed. The owners have provided many supplies that will save you time and money during your stay and the home is very nicely decorated. Pride of ownership shines through. The home is a very short walk to a beautiful white sand beach with private community access through a well maintained beach pagoda with bathrooms. We stayed for two plus months as snowbirds in this home and we will be coming back next year.

We loved having in-town hosts for everything we could possibly need from tips to restaurants and even dropping off a blow up paddle board!!! Your communication was excellent and service outstanding. The home was so generously appointed - I truly appreciate things like spices, baggies, boxes of tissues in the bathroom, full-size shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom, lots of comfy blankets to curl up in, tons of glassware, serving dishes, beach towels. Truly excellent. We will be back!!!!

Perfect place for friends near the beach!

This was an awesome property for me and my friends. We loved being able to walk to the beach in under 5 minutes, use the chairs that are paid for, go to the Dollar General 3 minutes the other direction and swim in the pool right opposite the house! We had 12 of us and we had loads of room to spread out or all be together and never feel crowded. The house had everything we needed from consumables, silverware, glassware etc and we were never short of anything. We will definitely come back next year - the directions and immediate response from the owner and the local hosts was awesome! PS - Kenny D's is right next to the private beach and has great Mahi and Oysters!

Best Vacation Home

This property was absolutely stunning! It had everything we need! More than enough room for my family and I. We had 6 and slept comfortably. The natural lighting was amazing! If we had any questions or needed anything, the owners responded immediately. I loved the fact that we were 2 mins from the beach (walking distance)! That was a major win! If I could leave a 10 star rating I definitely would! My family and I will return to this home on all future vacations! Cannot wait!! And you won’t be disappointed!!! Totally worth every penny!!

The BEST Vacation!

We recently stayed at Latitude Adjustment and I can’t wait to go back! The entire process was flawless from start to finish. The booking process was so easy and communication from the host and owners made it even better. When we arrived to the house, we were all so impressed with the location, how clean everything was and how well furnished it was. There wasn’t a single thing we needed that they didn’t have or provide. The private beach was absolutely beautiful! The beach attendants were so accommodating to anything we needed. It was also nice that the pool is right across the street from the house. We are already starting to plan our next trip to Miramar beach and will definitely be staying at this location again. It was the BEST experience!

Destin FL

The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. I was stationed at Tyndall AFB many years ago so I'm familiar with the area from going their on my weekends and the location was perfect. The one and only gripe I have about the home is that my family and I saw a few roaches crawling around and we just made sure to keep everything closer to ensure we didnt have any hitchhiker, but that was the only gripe. I know its Florida and I'm born and raised from Jacksonville and the house may be a tad older so I understand the problem with roaches especially Florida, but I just had to point that out, but outside of that everything was great.

We were surprised by your review, especially considering our multiple conversations during your stay, where you expressed how much you were enjoying your time and how wonderful the home was. If you had mentioned any issues, we or our in-town hosts would have promptly contacted our monthly pest control service. This service thoroughly covers both the interior and exterior of our home, as well as the entire HOA. Thankfully, it seems this issue was isolated to your stay, as no other guests, our cleaner, their supervisor, or our in-town management have ever reported similar problems.

100% Positive Adjustment!!!

We needed a place for our entire family, 11-12 people, ages 9-74. Let me tell you, the place was perfect. The owner was excellent all the way through the process. Communication was great and booking was easy. All the information needed was sent well ahead of time so it made our arrival easy. The place was the cleanest place we have ever been. They had just about everything needed during our stay. They went far above and beyond what we have been used to in stays elsewhere. There were several added conveniences like additional outlet/plugs, beach/pool gear, kitchen and bath supplies. The communication carried out throughout the trip and all questions were answered immediately. They even had a binder on the coffee table with all the info needed plus plenty of recommendations. If we make it back to the Destin area again, our family will definitely be reaching out to book here again! PS: Thanks for the treats left in the fridge, mom and the kids thoroughly enjoyed them.

Destin has become our yearly family trip. Every year we find a great property to stay at this year was no exception. The Latitude Adjustment property was excellent. We had a great location to the beach, which was about a 3-4 block walk from the door to the beach. The other direction in the community was access to the highway which was very convenient for quick runs to a store or restaurants off the beach. To add the greatness of the location of this property, you are just steps away from the main pool in Emerald Shores. The property itself is very clean and updated. We had plenty of space for the 5 adults and 4 kids with us (all 7 and under). The owners and caretakers were all very responsive and accommodating to any questions we did have, but we had no issues with rental during our stay. We will definitely look at staying here again on future trips to Destin.
