For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

This was our second time in this same condo and it is a really great place to stay! It was clean and the air conditioner is nice and cold! The check in and out process was a breeze and Benchmark kept in contact via text throughout the whole process. You just can’t beat the beautiful view from the balcony! This place was very cozy and we can’t wait to come back soon!

Thank you for letting us stay at your condo. The views were spectacular and the cleanliness was impeccable. We went for a long weekend and wish we stayed longer!! I can be a little weird with sleeping on other peoples beds but that comforter was life! Purchasing one for my bed at home!!! Highly recommended for a beach getaway!

Awesome stay

We really enjoyed our time at this location. The room was clean and provided all amenities needed. We had great communication with owners/property management. We only had one little hiccup with being sent two different codes for the door but once we figured that we were good to go. We did notice that the outlet on the balcony is in need of repair but other than that everything was great!!!

By the time I was able to get in touch with the management company, they told me it was too late to have our cleaning fees refunded!! The dishes were minimal , rusted, and scratched up ,,need to be replaced.bathrooms need updating... Bed was nice/ comfy . View is amazing

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there for only two days. There was suppose to be a parking pass in the room. There was not!! We dealt with this issue for over 3 hours. According to Benchmark the parking was included with our rental price, it was not we had to pay for the parking and I was told by benchmark 3 times that it was included. We were instructed to put a note in the window to keep our vehicle from being towed. Like this was really a good solution !! Security said it was not... security called benchmark and got the same story we got. Security helped us pay for the parking so we would not get towed. The hassle was not worth it. We were so stressed out and exhausted from the 8 hour drive then dealing with the parking. Room was nice and comfortable but I would Not stay here again!

The place itself was in a great location, was clean, and was as advertised. Benchmark Management company sends their own contract that must be signed after you pay and sign with VRBO. Once we arrived on property, the parking garage was confusing and the MANY emails Benchmark sent had no information as to where to properly park in the garage. We arrived at 5 and their “24/7 service” was already unresponsive to our many calls inquiring. Once in the condo, phone service was poor and we were unable to connect to the WiFi with the network and password given. We called Benchmark over and over but never got through. We texted them but would only get an unhelpful AI response hours later. It was an incredibly frustrating experience solely because of Benchmark and not because of the beautiful condo or location.

Amazing views. Elevators were surprisingly fast considering there's 20 something floors. Aneliya was as good as a host gets. She literally got back to me with 5 minutes on everything. I can now see why her reviews were so good. Great host!!!! 5 stars for sure!!!

The place was crazy busy!! Took forever to find a parking spot and find where we were going.

This place was crazy busy. Spent HOURS waiting on the elevators this place was to busy for all of us people at once!! I was told this location was within walking distance to the pier and all the shopping locations ….that was NOT the case at all unless you want to walk for hours. Couldn’t sit on the balcony as well as the beach for the pot knocking you down. I’m fairly certain everyone was smoking all around us! The pools were closed inside as well as out due to storms moving in most days. This. Place was a big inconvenience walking from the vehicle to the room especially with kids. Beautiful view but will have to say I would. It be back to this location.

Great beach condo

Perfect condo with all the amenities needed for a great beach experience. Well stock kitchen including a blender for those special drinks. Amazing views of the beautiful emerald waters and even witnessed a couple of beach weddings from the balcony
