Welcome to your beach vacation and your home away from home. Your vacation condo rental boasts incredible views from your private balcony and a spacious and fashionably decorated interior complete with all the conveniences of home.

Parking fees:
Vehicles: $40.00 per short-term stay (30 nights or less)*
Long-term Vehicles: $40.00 plus $1.35 per night for each night over 30.
Motorcycles: $20.00
RVs/Boat/Trailers: $100 for up to 1 month. No fee for guests 3 days or less. No fee for owners for 14 days or less. Based on availability. During Thunder Beach, motorcycle trailers are at no cost for up to 7 days.

The property was as described and clean. Would definitely stay there again. It’s in a convenient location to many things. I also liked the fact that I could go straight to our room to check in and not have to get a bunch of stuff from an offsite property manager in order to check in.

Overall great location and great property. My only complaint is that the pull out couch needs to be replaced. My kids slept on it so they tolerated it but no way an adult could sleep there comfortably.

Enjoyed our stay

The condo met all our needs, however the bar across the street is very noisy. This unit is located near the elevator which is very convenient but very noisy also. The property manager was awsome and always responded quickly.

I truly enjoyed my stay — the resort was exactly as pictured and described. Everything met and exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The Starbucks downstairs was awesome and convenient. Breakfast and a Mexican restaurant walking distance. Really nice view to the beach. I will definitely be coming back and booking with Anthony. He would respond to my messages quickly. Thank you!

Beautiful & Clean

Dealing with the manager was very easy, always quick to respond. Condo was clean (would've like to have seen more up to date decorating) but there for the beach and entertainment, not to stay in the condo. I would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay for a week at the beach. Fully stocked with dishes and utensils. The couch was comfortable for 1 person, but not for 2. The bed was ok, but very squeaky. No complaints, for a home away from home it was nice. Thank you for our stay!!

The bed makes noise every time you move so be aware of that, if you sleep on the sofa bed the curtain in the living room will not cover the balcony window all the way so the light will be a problem in the morning. The chairs on the balcony could use some updating. They do have a new table and chairs out there so it is nice. We showed up to the condo and the refrigerator was turned almost all the way down and was barely cold and we had food to put in it so that was disappointing. I will say we didn’t say anything about this stuff to the owners we just made the best of the week. it was small things. the view was amazing and in the end we enjoyed ourself but I think this room needs some upgrades like the bed for sure. And we had zero hangers which was very disappointing because I couldn’t hang up my dresses. We did have a problem with ants in the kitchen as well but they said they would have the condo spray when we left. The owner was very quick to respond and very nice I will have to say that.

This property was very clean and any concerns were taken care of by management. The furniture is very, very old and outdated. The bed was so sweetly and unstable and was not very comfortable. We did have a great stay though and that was the most important thing.

Would highly recommend!

Everything about this property, from the location, to the cleanliness, and the amenities it provided were just what we were looking for. I know several other reviews mentioned about being able to hear the elevator during the night, however with the overhead fan on we were not able to hear it. The property manager gave fast responses the day of check in and answered any and all questions we had. I would highly recommend this place and we can’t wait to come back and stay here in upcoming vacations to PCB!

Not what I expected (since they were listed as a "Premier Host"). They did not have private wifi connections, some of the dishes and utensils were put in the cabinets and drawers still dirty, the doors and walls needed to be wiped down, several things did not work, i.e., wall plugs did not all work, knife in butcher block was broken (literally), the pull out sofa was not comfortable at all, springs poking you no matter what way you turned. The worst part was we were not told that we needed to turn the lock on the entrance door when we left the condo to be sure the door was locked when we went out. The furniture in the living room needs cleaning, there was some kind of dripping constantly with the air conditioner, kept us awake, not enough storage in the bedroom for suitcases and things that came out of suitcases, no drawers in the bathroom. Very disappointing.

Terese, I must say, I am a bit surprised none of this was brought to our attention during your stay aside from the wifi, which we explained was controlled by the resort, but each condo still has their own private network available. We were under the impression this was resolved as I explained this pretty clearly and never got a response afterwards. Per our check-in instructions, we ask our guests to report any problems immediately so we have a chance to amend the issue. Had you mentioned any of these other details during your stay, we would have had someone over immediately to address these as you have quite a list of problems here. It is also a bit strange our current guests haven't reported any of these issues, and neither did our cleaners when I brought this review to their attention a moment ago. Door lock tips were included in your check-in information and we clearly stated how the lock is operated. When you reached out irate, reporting that the lock was broken, we were very happy it ended up being as simple of a solution as turning a knob on the interior of the door, and that we were able to get you a response asap. Best of luck to you Terese, but I hope this response provides some further context for both host and guest that may be reading this as to how we handle our vacation rentals and how you handle your responsibilities of being a guest

Ok but could use some updates

We stayed for a week (2 adults and 2 kids). Overall the condo was clean (except for floors, could have been moped better). The kitchen was missing some basic tools such as pizza cutter/pizza pan, the bathroom sink is very slow to drain. The pull out couch is very uncomfortable, we planned on having our two kids sleep on it but you can feel every spring.. it has the thinnest mattress. We saw there were blow up mattresses but no pump to blow them up with. The kids ended up sleeping with us in bed so it was a little tight. I would say this condo is best suited for two adults.

Internet is unusable, cable is fuzzy, nothing to sweep, but fine if you don't need those

Overall, we were happy with our room. This is probably because we spent as little time there as possible, which is the point of this location. There are quite a few things that might make this unit in particular unusable for some people. The Wifi is so slow that it's nearly unusable. I speed tested it at around 0.5Mb/s. The cable TV is standard definition. There wasn't a broom so we had sand all over after 2 trips to the beach. The AC can not be set below 72, so it gets pretty hot at night.

We had a very good stay! The room was clean and perfect for the two of us. The only thing was we couldn’t figure out how to get the temperature to stay cool. It was very hot in our room. Other than that, perfect stay!
