The best property in Wailea!
This is our second stay at Wailea Elua Village and it lived up to our hopes and expectations once again! The condo was great for our family of 5, well located, close to the beach and pool. We'd definitely come back again

Wow. One of the nicest properties on the island!
We stayed here for a week in February and we had a really great time. This place is really nice; our expectations were exceeded. The grounds are like a botanical garden; manicured and flawless. There is a large variety of birds in the bushes and trees; they make all kinds of cool tropical bird sounds which entertained us. This unit #1103 is about a minute walk down a private walkway to the beach; the walkway is surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The beach is excellent. On our first day the waves were pretty high, later in the week the waves were calmer. Nice to see the variety. There is an awesome overlook area at one end of the beach reserved for residents and guests only, with cushioned cabanas/lounge chairs. There are two pools, both were warm enough for us in February. And one hot tub. The whole time we were there it was quiet. Nobody staying there was loud or noisy; I think everbody there makes an effort to keep the volume down. Although you can't see the actual beach from this unit, you can see the water and hear the waves and we could see the whales offshore while on the lanai. The condo itself is large and has two bathrooms and two showers. Nice kitchen. Did I mention the pools/hot tub and private garden beach overlook were never crowded? There were spectacular sunsets. There is a cool public walking path that goes past this place, strolling along there was a treat, seeing the posh hotels and other condos in the same area. Some with considerably less nicer beaches. The beach here has excellent snorkling too. If you want a real quiet relaxing nice place to stay, this is it.

Why they chose this property

From Elua 1103 you can stroll to breakfast, lunch or dinner to some of the best dining spots on the island.  The Wailea Coastal Walking Path will lead you there. Enjoy one of Wailea’s spectacular sunsets as you venture out to listen to fine music, sip some of the world’s best wines, a local beer, or an exotic drink.  Try out the spa at the Four Seasons, and shop for something new to wear…a magical piece of jewelry perhaps. If you journey to the end of the path you will experience the cliffs of Wailea Point, and pass through a Native Hawaiian Coastal Garden, with the sound of waves below, hitting the cliffs of black lava rock.  You may choose to prepare your own feast, and dine on your private lanai. See the world anew through an ever-changing living watercolor that is the Wailea sky.

What makes this property unique

From Elua 1103 you can count on glorious Wailea weather year round. The rest of Maui is accessible from this ideal location.  From La Perouse Bay, just minutes away, with its indescribable terrain, resulting from the last lava flow on Maui in 1790, through 11 climate zones (there are only 13 in the world) to the summit of Haleakala at 10,023 feet, where a sunrise is a profound experience.  This is where the legendary demigod Maui performed two of his greatest feats; battling the son god and lifting the sky.  Take one of the worlds most scenic drives through Maui’s rainforest to Hana , where following the example of  Charles Lindberg, who lived a few miles down the Hana coast, George Harrison built his hideaway on Maui.  Stop for dinner in Paia on the way back.  This little town is one of the surfing capitals of the world and has a unique character. People come to Maui for its exquisite beaches, sunsets, waterfalls, whales, and some of the best surfing in the world.  Others come for exceptional golf, tennis, snorkeling and scuba diving. Hawaii is the most remote major island group on Earth, it is 2400 miles from the nearest continent, formed from volcanoes in the Pacific Ocean, making it rich in history, geology and marine life.
