10 minutes from Augusta National Golf Course and downtown Augusta. Less than one minute from I-20 interstate. Centrally located but still tucked away in a private community. Dogs allowed but must be potty trained.
The Space:
House is located on a corner lot. Walk into a cozy home with an open floor plan - kitchen, living room, and dining area. Kitchen offers a breakfast bar and walk in pantry. Main level also offers a half bathroom. All bedrooms located upstairs. One master bedroom and master bathroom with walk in closet and shower. Two additional bedrooms that share a jack & jill bathroom. Additional queen blowup mattress if needed (optional to bring your own). Private ffenced in backyard. Covered patio with grill available to use. No garage access.
Guest Access:
This is our primary residence that we only rent out for the week of the Masters. You will have access to three bedrooms, three bathrooms, all closets, the kitchen, the living room, the dining room, the laundry room, and the fenced in backyard.
