Great Place.

Everything about the place was great. Only compliant is that you have to pay for a parking pass. Other than that, the room was clean and the location is unbeatable.

4 stars only because it wasn’t vacuumed & tubs

We had a great time and enjoyed the rental! Our only complaint was the rug in the living room hadn’t been vacuumed (chips/food and sand) and the floors had sand from the last vacationers. It was the perfect location for relaxing and right next door to Florabama and the bars/restaurants. Please be sure everyone staying knows the rules because our teen that placed a towel on the balcony rail to dry and that is a violation but they were very polite and it was removed quickly!!
