July/Aug availability OWNER MANAGED Four Seasons 302E Private Pier on the Gulf

Luxurious beachfront condo with beautiful view. Four Seasons 302E has only 4 units per floor. Nine people can sleep as there are 3 large bedrooms each with a private bath. A huge wrap around balcony, private pier, outdoor pool, and heated indoor pool, workout room and sauna.

Fully equipped gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances plus a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. Laundry room adjacent to the kitchen has new washer and dryer. Dining table seats 6 plus 3 stools at kitchen counter. Or choose to eat at the table for two in front of the wall of windows that provide views of the beach, ocean, and pier.

Spacious living area overlooks the beach and ocean with unobstructed views, plus has doors to the the balcony. All bedrooms have flat screen tv's. There is also a wet bar with ice maker.

Large patio doors from the den and 2 of the bedrooms lead to a private wrap-around balcony with sunrise AND sunset views of the Gulf, the white sand beach, and the pier.

Master bedroom has a California King bed with large Roku tv, dresser, chest of drawers, nightstands, and large patio door that leads out to the balcony. The two large closets provide ample storage. The master bath has a huge walk-in shower and two sinks.

The front spacious guest bedroom has a queen bed, Roku tv, and private full bath with shower. It also has patio doors that lead to the balcony.

The third bedroom features 2 twin beds with flat screen tv and views of the beach. It also has bunk beds with full bed on bottom and twin on top. This room to sleep 5 (4 adults and one person under 100 pounds on top bunk). This bedroom features a private bath with shower/tub combo and a large vanity.

Amenities of the complex include 24 hr security, large outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, fitness room with new flat screen tv and sauna. Parking is limited to two vehicles per unit. BUT it is limited to one vehicle per unit during the week of Memorial Day and the week of Fourth of July.

The most outstanding feature is the private fishing pier on the Gulf (the only private fishing pier in the state of Alabama) with 3 shaded rest areas. Seating lines both sides of the pier facing East & West to fish or watch the gorgeous sunrise and sunset. Plus dolphins are observed daily just beyond the pier. There are also areas to clean and care for the "latest catch". In the evenings, the pier has lights shining into the water to observe the sea life or to night fish.

There are so many special aspects about this condo - very clean, plenty of space, comfortable beds, great decor/furnishings, a smaller building than neighboring ones, security, quiet beach, private pier, and on and on. The owner was fantastic with communication, proactively reaching out prior to our stay about some work on-site. We would definitely recommend to anyone else, and we'll look to stay again!

We so LOVED staying at this property! KayKay was so kind and gracious and there was never more than 10 minute wait for her to respond to a text/question/need. The sunrises/sunsets from the pier were beautiful and the beach was quieter than other locations near by. If we’re ever in the area again, this will be the place we stay. ❤️❤️

Hostess was terrific! The pictures don’t do it justice. And bunk bed in the third bedroom was great. We were worried about social distancing on the beach, but we were never crowded!

Great location, property and loved the private pier. The pier was great for fishing, caught a lot of fish and met many nice people. We also saw dolphins and sharks from the pier. The beach was beautiful and so easy to get to with a great view from the balcony.

More than I expected

Of all the places we’ve stayed in Orange Beach, I must say that this is by far our favorite. I like to surf fish, but now that I’ve got a taste of pier fishing I’m hooked (no pun intended). Even tho the place is older it was vey clean. The kitchen was well stocked and I noticed that it had high end cook ware, which was a plus in my book. We couldn’t have had a nicer time. Will stay again.

Wonderful family vacation

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was perfect - the balcony and view was our favorite part. Two for he three bedrooms have beach views which we really enjoyed. The property was clean and beach access was easy. We also loved visiting the private fishing pier at night to watch the fish and sharks attracted to the lights. The beach was clean and not at all crowded. The kids loved the pools - both indoor and outdoor. The hosts were very responsive - we look forward to returning next summer!

Perfect place to get away

The condo was so spacious. So many amenities. The location was great. And such an easy time getting on the beach in a great spot and the condominium isn’t so big that the beach was too busy. There was plenty of room to have fun

We have always been fans of the beach - sand, ocean, sea life. We made as many trips to the beach each year as our lives would allow frequently choosing Four Seasons or a place nearby so we could watch and experience the "life" around the pier. We loved the pier so much that we even had our wedding on the beach so the Four Seasons' Pier would be our backdrop of photos.

Why they chose this property

This property has a small number of units so the beach is never too crowded. The pier provides shady areas all during the day. The balcony is in a perfect spot where nothing will ever block the view of the sunrise and sunset or the pier. With round-the-clock security, there is feel an extra measure of safety for my family....plus the evenings are ensured to be quiet.
