This luxury residence is a Saturday-to-Saturday weekly rental. You may “BOOK NOW" ONLY if you are booking a Saturday-to-Saturday stay. Otherwise, if you are looking to book less than the full Saturday to Saturday week, please submit an INQUIRY letting me know which dates you wish to book. Depending on the week, I may be able to accommodate a shorter stay at a slightly higher nightly rate. I respond to most inquiries within 2 hours.

This 2-Bedroom/2-Bath Suite has recently been updated with new furnishings, fixtures, and decor. The unit features a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, living room with fireplace, flat-screen TV, DVD and CD player, two master bedroom suites with King bed, fireplace, & stone tile bath, and either a balcony or a patio. Complimentary wireless internet access is available in all rooms.

Services & Amenities: Rental includes transportation to/from Aspen Airport, Local Shuttle Service, Housekeeping & Bike/Ski Valet, as made available by the resort. Resort Fee Paid Upon Booking: Includes use of all resort amenities - common area Pool, Hot Tubs, daily continental breakfast, Fitness Center and WiFi. $40/night for a Studio, $50/night for a 1 Bedroom, $60/night for a 2 Bedroom, $70/night for a 3 Bedroom, $80/night for a 4 Bedroom. Optional Fees: $40/night parking fee, $200 king to 2 twin beds conversion fee. No Rollaway beds are allowed. Crib rentals may be arranged through the concierge.

Better concierge than most 5 star hotels

This is the kind of concierge service you want at every hotel and the apartment was above expectations. There was some remodelling around the pool but was thoroughly explained ahead of time and all went better than planned.

The location was perfect. The Aspen Residence front desk was not good. I had to call every single day to tell them the dryer did not work. They finally fixed the dryer on day 6. The whole property could also use a renovation.

I'm very sorry you had an issue with the dryer that was not resolved much quicker. The property was shut down during October and November, during which time half of the units were renovated. It will be shut down again during April and May of this year for the other half to be renovated. So by June of this year (2024) all units will have been newly renovated. I hope you'll decide to return after that. Tami

This is a first class property and we would stay here again. One small block walk to ski lifts on AJAX, less than twenty minute ride to Snowmass. You can walk to every restaurant and shop in Aspen or ask the front desk for a free ride. You just can't beat the location and quality of this unit.

I wish I could give more stars for this place. Tami was accessible and responded quickly and accurately to my queries. The location is central. We stayed early September and had easy access to restaurants and shopping, as well as hiking trails. We walked everywhere. For skiing in winter months, the lift is only a block away. From the second-floor balcony, we had views of mountains to the left, right, and straight ahead. Every day, we watched light from the setting sun change the colors of the landscape. One evening, while sitting on the balcony at dusk, a large black bear ambled down the street, twenty feet in front of us. "There's a bear," my wife said. "That's a bear!" was all I could say. Moments later, nearby dogs freaked out. Such is Aspen. The unit itself is extremely high end. The kitchen appliances are indulgent. The king-size beds are ultra comfy. The showers and tubs are large with well-appointed fixtures. The washer/dryer is super handy. Soaps and towels and kitchenwares are amply supplied. The upstairs and downstairs fireplaces are cozy. We loved the large patio off the master bedroom. The curtains in this place are opaque and allow for sleeping in late. There is minimal ambient noise and virtually no traffic on the adjacent street. The overall ambiance of dark wood and burgundy accents is classy. The valet, front desk, concierge, and bar staff are friendly and professional. The cleaning services are almost over the top. Breakfast is a free continental-style set up. The bar opens in the evenings, though we didn't use it. The hot tubs are spacious. The pool area is swank. There is an outdoor closet by the pool with a towel and robe warmer. Yes, a robe warmer for your Aspen hot tub experience. This is how the other half lives. For the price, this place can't be beat. If I get to come back to Aspen, this is the first place I'll look for.

Suite was spacious, great bathrooms with L’Occitane skincare products. Kitchen was well equipped but didn’t get any use except for the teapot. There isn’t a full service restaurant on the property but the complimentary continental breakfast was very convenient. We ate lunch on the mountain and dinner at the great restaurants in town, all walking distance from the Hyatt Grand.
