Recently remodeled fully furnished Mediterranean Villa style home in Laguna Niguel Summit - 2.5 miles from Monarch Beach and walking trails within 1/2 mile. Corner lot home with stunning views of Saddleback Mountain a top Pacific Island. Very private home with only one neighbor to the west. Separate office for those that like to work remote with hi-speed Wi-Fi internet. Three 55" plus Samsung Smart TVs in the home.

It was in such a convenient location to anything we needed. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, so peaceful and relaxing. We hope to stay there again next year. The house is so well thought out and our hosts made it so pleasant.

Nice host with flowers and sign waiting for me. Great location. Very close to beautiful beaches and pacific coast highway. Best equipped vrbo ever stayed in, way beyond basic essentials with bottled water, every condiment you can think of. Backyard has beautiful views. Bedrooms don't have room darkening shades so very bright in early am. Also, tiny ant problem throughout house but host was very responsive and apologetic.

Wonderful experience

We loved this house so much. We live in the same neighborhood and experienced a flood which resulted us needing to move out of our home for a few months. This house was the next best thing to being in our own home. Great communication, perfect location, amazing view, etc. Highly recommend. Wish we got to stay under different circumstances, but overall it was a great experience.

Amazing whole modern (very clean) 2000 sq ft. plus, home in Laguna Niguel, with very nice views. SO spacious. The house was a pure joy to be in for my 2 week stay. I have sincerely NOT ONE complaint or even suggestion how to make it better. great interior design too.It feels like your own well stocked home with everything you would need. 4 flat screen tvs. Great kitchen. I did a lot of cooking and they have every thing necessary to make it easy. It is in a very quiet neighborhood with restaurants and markets very close by. I would gladly stay there again.
