Dana Point Vacation Rental Close To The Beach!

-One mile walking distance to both Strands Beach and Doheny State Beach! (but Uber back because the return trip is all uphill).
-Personal Air Conditioners in every bedroom.
-Parking for 4 cars. There is a two car garage and you may park two cars directly behind the garage.
-Full sets of towels for each person.
-HDTV Smart TVs with Netflix in every bedroom.
-Backyard patio with table, chairs, and BBQ.
-Washer/Dryer with detergent.
-Iron/Hair Dryer.
-250mbps fast internet!
-Beach Chairs, Boogie Boards, and Beach Towels!

We are one mile from the beach and walking distance to city hall. Air Conditioning, HDTVS, and Netflix in every bedroom. Back yard patio with barbecue and a two car garage. We provide a full set of towels including beach towels.

A great location to experience Dana Point and the surrounding areas. Placed almost perfectly between San Diego and Los Angeles, you will have more options to explore than you will have time for. Make a day trip to Disneyland, The Getty Museum, The Gas-lamp District, or just relax at the beach. Many fine restaurants are to be had in Dana Point and along Pacific Coast Highway. Since we don't really have a winter it's a perfect place to have sunshine instead of snow

-There are two security cameras. One is looking out over the backyard patio towards the alley. The other is near the front door, facing the street.

-It's the law for STRs in Dana Point that we keep the trash bins in the garage. Trash pickup is on Monday around noon. On Sunday night we will enter the garage to put the bins on the street for you! We will be in and out. The we will bring them back inside the garage after the trash is picked up.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Booked this for a crew of workers that had a job in Laguna Beach. Conveniently located for our team and a comfortable spot to rest heads between shifts. Unfortunately we weren't there to enjoy Dana Point but our stay was nonetheless enjoyable. We mistakenly stayed an extra night and the owner was very gracious about the mistake. Thank you!!

This is a great condo with a paved courtyard in the back. It was perfect for the baby to play in while the adults visited. The place was perfectly clean and well stocked with everything we expected. Groceries and coffee were about a 15 minute walk away. We only used air conditioning if we were going to be home for a while, otherwise opening the windows and screen door provided a nice breeze. It was a great value and made our vacation so pleasant.

We stayed in this place for 1 week. It was a family trip. The house was perfect for us. Evelything was very clean. The beds are ver confortable. The kitchen was full equiped. There was a problem with wifi conection, but the host assisted us very wickly and the problem was solved by the next day. The Neighborhood was very nice, the beach is 5-10 minutes by car, and It’s only a 5-minute drive to restaurants and shops.

Nice condo near the beach

Property was clean and had just about everything we needed. Close to beaches in Dana point and PCH. Quiet at night and comfortable.

Two weeks in Dana Point

The property has many maintenance issues. The location is heavily residential and there are many vehicles. The units are clean and nice, but the television is Netflix only. The pool and gym are down the road at 24 hr fitness. Maintenance issues aren't responded to promptly and usually take several days to gain attention. There are many beach items, such as boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. There are two private garages plus two outdoor parking places.

Worst stay EVER

I don’t have enough time in the day to tell you about this most horrific experience. Came from NJ with my sister and Mom(senior) to visit a sister that lives in the area. I had to phone the host at 4:45 for instructions and at first she didn’t even know who I was and that I was due to check in.. that should have been a red flag from the start. It actually went downhill from there. We couldn’t stay the 1st night due to the uncleanliness of the place.. contacted the host and they order the cleaning services to return the next day to clean again (we have pictures). Just a few points of interest we reluctantly returned the next day (yet again bringing in all our luggage for a 2nd time) and it was better.. at least we thought. My sister refused to stay here so it was just me and my mom. Beds were horrible(squeaky) air in the rooms turned off and on all night.. noisy. The next day we noticed tiny ants in different parts of the house… kitchen counter.. around the tub.. on one of the beds..and coming in through the sink in the master. They had raid in the cabinet so I masked up and sprayed all around(had to have my mom leave the property). We did actually sleep here 3 of the 8 nights due to unavailability at local hotels and the expense. This is just a few of the horrific experiences we incurred at this property. I will be registering a complaint and would like to be compensated in some way.

Nice accommodations

Property was as described, but a long walk to downtown and any restaurants. Big plus is the garage as it is in a very populated area with no street parking available. Extras such as cooler and beach chairs was much appreciated. Property owner was very responsive and addressed some maintenance issues. Dana Point is a beautiful area.

The property was very nice and my son and I were very comfortable in our rooms we stayed in Neighborhood little rough. Someone set off huge fireworks at 11:30 pm and set off everyone’s car alarm in neighborhood But overall it was a good place to stay for my family. Lori

Great spot for families

We stayed for a week on a family vacation, 3 adults and 2 little kids, and were overall happy and would recommend this place. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us, nice features (TVs in every room; board games, books, and movies available; beach stuff in the garage), and a great location (5 minute drive to the harbor, a short walk to the trolley stop on Golden Lantern).

Actual property very nice! Great amenities! In not a very nice neighborhood. We were charged full amount for damage to the refrigerator that we did not do. VERY DISSAPOINTING!! Buy insurance!!!! BEWARE!!!

Great Dana Point beach rental

We enjoyed our stay at this rental in Dana Point. The check-in process was easy and hassle-free, and the location is safe and ideal - a short drive to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, anything you could walk. The property is stocked with thoughtful amenities - plenty of towels, extra bedding, restaurant and local area guides, and even beach supplies like chairs and boogie boards. The host is super responsive, as well. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Dana Point.

Wedding weekend

We loved our long weekend stay. Neil was very helpful in informing us about the location relative to the wedding we were attending. We were very close to everything we wanted to do. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved Dana Point and the Laguna Beach area. Hope to visit again soon!

Wonderful vacation rental

This rental spot was in the perfect location by being close to town, the beach, and restaurants. It was great to have the privacy of three bedrooms and a great outside area to relax at the end of the night. The owner was helpful and easy to get in touch with whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend staying here!

Nice location and highly functional condo, but carpet needs replacement

The condo is nice and functional and a great value in comparison to paying for three rooms at a hotel. The beds are comfortable and the layout is nice. Although the exact neighborhood it is in is not that all that appealing (many other condos and no views), all you need to do is get in your car and drive a couple of miles and you are at the beach and the rest of everything Dana Point has to offer. My only concern is the carpet upstairs. It looks as if it may have been cleaned, but it still has huge gross spots on it that are entirely unacceptable. The owner needs to REPLACE THE CARPET. If he or she does, I would raise my review another star.

Wish there had been dish towels in the kitchen area. Plenty of dishes, utensils, linens. I especially liked the idea of towel bars in each bedroom so you could keep up with you own towel. Great rental for the price!
