Perched up on a hill this sprawling 3Bed/2bath home offers quality living! Whether you're here to master your golf game, explore cacti of Joshua Tree National Park. This home has some OUTSTANDING views spacious primary suite, French doors leading out to the sparkling pool and spa. This home also offers a lovely front courtyard area to enjoy endless entertainment, possibilities and a perfect vantage point for sunset year-round. Please note there is a fee to heat the pool of 100 a day for gas and the spa will be included. If you choose to simply add the spa, it is $30 a night needs to be paid for prior to your arrival as it needs to be turned on 24 to 36 hours before your arrival to be preheated for you.

Quiet, spacious and well-decorated home. Roughly 25 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs. We enjoyed having a private home despite the distance. Host was friendly and very responsive. We paid extra for the heating of the spa to enjoy at night. Would stay here again if we traveled back to the area.

Pleasantly surprised by this rental. I thought it was going to be small, but it was a lovely spacious place to enjoy our vacation. It was private and quiet with a great view of the mountain.

Overall, this was a good place to stay with kids in a reasonable driving distance to Joshua Tree. The mountain views were beautiful. We appreciated the coffee pods, and the home was more spacious than expected. The laundry was convenient. When we arrived at the property, it was very tidy, but didn't necessarily meet expectations for cleanliness. There were many dead bugs in various places - shower, bath mats, floors, and some of the outdoor seats were covered with outdoor ant swarms. The master bath had hair in the shower drain and spots on the floor. The pool wasn't particularly clean. While the property owner offered to heat the pool for an extra fee, we were not aware that the pool would be unusable without the heating. Based on check-in communication from the host, it felt like too much of a hassle to get the pool warmed once we arrived and realized it was ice cold. We booked the property specifically for the pool, so we were disappointed not to be able to use it after long hot days. Overall, this home had plenty of space and many great benefits, but we would have loved a cleaner space and a more seamless pool experience.

Cute Family Friendly Home

The house is adorable and laid out very well. We loved thw spacious master suite! The pool and spa are beautiful. The location is in a great location-25 minutes from Palm Springs and about 45 to Joshua Trees West entrance. The house could have been swept a little better and we had a couple problems with the spa system. All was well.

Fantastic Family Fun

Enjoyed meals together in great kitchen - pool and hot tub time. Plenty of space for everyone - clean and welcoming. Easy access for Grandpa with mobility challenges also.
