Salt Water Pool & Spa with Mountain Sunset Views!

Bring family and friends together for an easygoing desert escape. Inside, this clean, comfortable four-bedroom home offers plenty of room for up to eight guests, with an open kitchen and living area made for shared meals, games and time together. Outside, the private saltwater pool is the star—cool off under the desert sun, relax in the spa, cook in the outdoor kitchen and watch the mountains glow at sunset. Quiet, welcoming and thoughtfully stocked, it’s a place to settle in and enjoy.

YOUR STAY

Via Real is a single-story, four-bedroom, two-bath home designed for comfortable family and group stays of up to eight guests. Sleeping arrangements include one king bed, two queen beds and two twin beds. Inside, you’ll find comfortable bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen and open dining and living spaces where everyone can share meals, play games and relax together.

The private backyard features a saltwater pool and spa, built-in outdoor BBQ kitchen, covered patio seating, chaise lounges, umbrellas and evening landscape lighting. The pool area offers beautiful mountain and sunset views, while the fully fenced yard welcomes up to two dogs.

Guests also have access to Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, smart TVs and a Level 2 EV charger (adapter required for Tesla vehicles). Wi-Fi is 200 Mbps. Guests can sign in to streaming apps using their own accounts; streaming subscriptions are not provided.

GUEST ACCESS & SUPPORT

Guests have private access to the entire home and backyard, including the pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, covered patio, laundry facilities and EV charger. The garage is not accessible to guests.

We respect your privacy and allow you to enjoy the home independently. We are available through Vrbo messaging before and during your stay and respond quickly whenever assistance is needed.

LOCATION

Via Real is approximately 20 minutes from downtown Palm Springs and 30 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park, making it a convenient home base for exploring the desert.

PARKING & EV CHARGING

The driveway accommodates two vehicles. A third vehicle may park on the street directly in front of the home when space is available. A maximum of three guest vehicles is allowed. If you need additional cars, please let us know ahead of time. The garage is not accessible to guests.

A Level 2 EV charger is available. Tesla vehicles require an adapter.

POOL & SPA HEATING

The saltwater pool and private outdoor spa are available year-round. The saltwater pool is not automatically heated, and its natural temperature will vary depending on the season and weather. Pool heating is available from October through April for $85 per night. It must be purchased for every night of the reservation and requested at least 48 hours before arrival.

Spa heating is included with every reservation at no additional charge.

PETS

We’re happy to welcome up to two dogs. Additional pets may be considered with prior approval. Please keep pets out of the pool and off beds and furniture.

OUR NEIGHBORHOOD

Please help us keep our quiet residential neighborhood peaceful. Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m., and large or amplified outdoor speakers are not allowed. Please keep daytime noise at a level that does not disturb neighbors. Maximum occupancy is eight guests.

LONG-TERM STAYS

Reservations of 28 nights or longer require a separate rental agreement.
