Located directly on a serene, 310-acre private lake in the Pocono Mountains that is fed by natural springs and offers a delightful environment for fishing and breathtaking scenery. The area is surrounded by state game lands and water conservation areas, providing a contrasting experience that is peaceful and calming. The lake's tranquil waters are encircled by trees and generational private residences.

Indulge in swimming, canoeing, and kayaking along the four-mile shoreline. The lake's varying depths and underwater structures make it a paradise for anglers, offering opportunities to catch smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, pickerel, perch, catfish, crappie, bluegills, and sunfish.



Guests have access to the entire home and property except for:

• Lakefront: Relax in the lounge chairs on the dock. Swimming, swim ladder, kayaks, paddle board, canoe, row boat (in season Typically May-end of October).
Fishing opportunities to catch smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, pickerel, perch, catfish, crappie, bluegills, and sunfish.
Life jackets provided (all sizes adult, youth, toddler, baby). Fishing poles included. (Licensing and bait can be acquired in town.) Seasonal Boats- Typically May-end of October
• Spacious Deck: Lounge on the Modani outdoor couch. Dine al fresco dining for 8 the deck. Start your mornings with coffee ☕ and a lake view on the deck. Spa, dining table, cocktail table and nearby access to an outdoor fire pit with views of the lake.

• Upstairs Suite: (Entire top floor) King bed, lakeview, vaulted ceilings, mini split unit, 4K 50” Smart TV, closet, dresser, fan, dimmable lights, nightstands, black out shades, ensuite full bathroom, with custom walk-in shower & 2 shower heads.
• Main Level King: King bed, sliding door to the deck, lakeview, vaulted ceilings, mini split unit, closet, dresser, fan,
dimmable lights, nightstands, stand-up mirror. Work from home space with a stand-up desk, monitor, and ergonomic chair.
• Third Bedroom: Lofted queen bed & full-size bed, sliding door to access the deck, lake view, black out curtains, luggage stand, dresser, dimmable lights. Portable AC unit can be used in summer months (evenings only please).
• Main Level Bathroom: Full bathroom with walk-in shower.
• Downstairs Bathroom: Full bathroom with shower/ tub combo.

✨ We enjoyed the views of the lake and beautiful sunsets from the house and on the dock.
Fishing was good, we caught pickerel, bass, crappy, and sunfish.✨

Mini-split reminder: Please keep ALL units ON and set to the same mode (currently HEAT). The system has a max temp of 76°F for safety and efficiency. Message us anytime if you need help adjusting them.
