Shortly before your stay, Sol House experienced an unexpected AC failure during a period of extreme heat, which caused the home to become uncomfortable. We understand how frustrating it must have been to have your accommodations changed at the last minute, and we sincerely wish the situation could have been avoided. Our team worked quickly to provide an alternate home so we could still accommodate your stay rather than leave you without accommodations. We understand that each home has its own style and feel, and we are sorry that the replacement home did not feel like the same fit as the home you originally selected. We also appreciate you bringing your concerns regarding the cleanliness of the home to our attention. We have followed up with our housekeeping and pest control teams to ensure the home is reviewed.
