Really nice place - pictures do not do it justice. The house is laid out very very well and super convenient. Location was very quiet and peaceful. The rental agreement is a little intense and maybe somewhat overboard.

The pictures dont do this property justice. Host was on top of everything. Check in and out was smooth as butter. Highly recommend. Will be using them again on our next stay in Utah.

Wonderful stay in St George

We loved this house, it's large and comfortable. The pool and spa were lovely. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood but close enough to the restaurants and downtown St George.

Wonderful Stay

Such a wonderful stay for our entire family. Pool and Hot Tub was such an extremely awesome addition. We didn’t use the splash pad because it was freezing cold water.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. FYI the splash pad water is circulated with the pool water and that temperature is set at 85 degrees or more. After running the splash pad for a few minutes the colder water will be replaced with the warmer water. Please notice the previous guests review mentioned they loved the splash pad and had no complaints about it having freezing water.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The pool was great with areas to sit in the sun or shade. The hosts were very responsive with any questions. This home is well taken care of and in a great location. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Great rental for families

Lots to do for all ages: pool with basketball hoop and slide, pool loungers, hot tub, splash pad and lots of space for other activities. Hiking and Dinosaur Museum and Costco nearby.

Wonderful home/pool for the Family

Our family had a great time at this property. The pool and splash pad were a great way to cool off. Paul was very helpful and responsive during our stay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with great views and in a great location.
