Awesome location and property in general. There were some items of disrepair that should be addressed by owner…ie can light in kitchen falling out. Pool pump for right side waterfall needs replacing, rock work around pool grato needs repair and painting. Stove top surround piece at back of stove bent and coming off. All small issues in the grand scheme of things, none of these things really hampered our stay.

We enjoyed the house very much. Woke up to hot balloons overhead every morning.Quiet neighborhood. Ample seating for visiting, dining, sleeping, enjoying the outdoor areas.House was very clean,Management was dealing with a plumbing issue, but communicated with me throughout the repair to keep me updated.

The house was perfect for our group of 8. The views were amazing, and we really enjoyed the hot tub/pool area. All very easy to control with the pool pilot app. We had a little mishap, and it was taken care of in a very timely manor. Communication was quick and helpful throughout the process from the very beginning. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Our stay was memorable. We did however notice the patio/back door screen was broken, lights over island not working, and general cleanliness of floors questionable as our feet were blackened from walking around on floors. Otherwise, our stay was very nice.

It’s a beautiful home in a nice quiet area with gorgeous views. The guest toilet does run constantly and the plug had to be manually closed. The Master toilet was fixed but is very sensitive to the way it’s flushed. The kitchen had everything we needed.We would definitely come back to this property.
