Serene, cozy, 440 square feet 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment.
2 queen beds and an additional queen size sofa bed.
We provide body wash, shampoo, towels, wash cloths, beach towels, paper towels and toilet paper, complimentary coffee, wifi and cable tv.
All towels, sheets and pillow cases are 100 cotton 400 thread count.
Complimentary parking for the duration of your stay and 1 beach pass for 2 beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella at beach kiosk right on the beach.

Washer and dryers available in the common corridor.

Set directly on the beach on Ocean Drive, this unit has no ocean view.

The backyard has a shared swimming pool and it faces the beach.
Access to the pool and beach is through the common corridor of the AirBB unit.

We don’t allow pets.

The apartment was OK. It was nice and clean and we loved the retro fridge and microwave. The location, however, was terrific. Within walking distance to the beach, parks and restaurants. Street parking was not an issue as long as you pre-registered your plate number. We were able to park almost directly in front of the building.

A lovely weekend stay!

Just as described and pictured! I enjoyed that I was just a minute walk to the beach. I appreciated the parking permit and the beach chairs/umbrella service that was included. I would absolutely stay again if in the Miami area.The owner was very responsive and her pictures that explained the check-in process was awesome.

South Miami Beach.

The over all stay was good. The condo was newly renovated. AC worked well. The pool was nice. It was a 1-2 minute walk to the beach.
