Wonderful location for our girls trip

Clean and comfortable, the movie room was a nice bonus. Within walking distance to everything. Just as a heads up to future guests, it was a particularly hot few days we were there, so the lack of AC was a little tough, but not a deal breaker. Also one of our guests is particularly sensitive to cat dander and struggled a bit with that.

Lava hot Springs Stay

Overall it was good. We had to dig our way in and there was no salt for the stairs, which made it a little dicey. Overall it was clean, we really enjoyed the theater room, and it was really close to the hot springs, which was great.

Good for large families with dogs

We enjoyed having a fenced in yard for our pups and loved the theatre room downstairs. It was cooler downstairs too. The coffee and kitchen were great. Nice spot to get to Lava hot springs. But the negatives were the rugs are dirty, no lamps anywhere in the house, very soft master room mattress, and the biggest negative was no AC. It got up to 85 in the house! There was one fan and three ceiling fans and some windows opened. It did cool down at night but it was miserable till later in the evening. The trains were noisy as well as neighborhood fireworks that went till about ten. It scared the heck out of our dogs. This house is great for a large family since there are 4 bedrooms. But a few AC boxes are badly needed.
