Relaxing West Bradenton Home 4 Bed/2 Bath/Close To Various Beaches/Ideal Area

This beautiful home is calling your name! This 4 bed/2 bath home is located in West Bradenton, close to a variety of beaches, trails, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping plazas and much more. This newly remodeled home is perfect for a relaxing getaway to be able to explore this charming historic city. It offers 4 spacious bedrooms, an office area in bedroom and 2 bathrooms to unwind after a long day of fun. For maximum comfort, we recommend only 8 guests stay in the home. There is plenty of lounging areas in this home both indoor and outdoor. Guests will be able to enjoy the weather in the furnished screened lanai, or in the outdoor pebbled deck with a fenced in backyard. Enjoy cooking or snacking in our spacious kitchen/dining area, and relax on couch and watch TV with our high speed cable and high speed WIFI. Also for extra convenience, there is a washer and dryer for light packing. Our home is filled with plenty of amenities suited for a stress free vacation. For our guests who are planning on staying 8 days or more, there is a discount offered so please message me before booking!

We are pet friendly! We do charge a flat rate of $150 for our furry friends and ask that it is kept to a 2 pet maximum and that these pets are up to date with their rabies and vaccination, and are spayed and neutered. However, guests are required to inform us about their pets before booking and any other pets visiting the property during their stay. As a pet owner myself, I understand the responsibilities that come with it so I kindly ask that you keep in mind the same. The pet policies mainly consist of cleaning up after pets and most importantly maintaining the home in good condition. I ask that guests try to not have pets on furniture but throws sheets/towels will be provided to put on furniture if pups do not comply (from experience!). If needed, there is a hose outside to rinse pets off; please no showering pets inside. Please review pet policies before booking.

This home is a short 15 minutes from the Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport and situated in a great location with plenty of activities around you, most ideally our beautiful beaches! Take a drive to Anna Maria Island where you’ll get to experience an old Florida feel, and grab lunch at one Bradenton’s oldest fishing towns. If you are a lover of nature, make sure to take a walk at Desoto National Memorial where you can learn about the oldest tribes that inhabited Bradenton and see a variety of wildlife. There is plenty of night life here, I especially recommend to go to the Village of the Arts where you’ll find charming little restaurants or try out locally brewed craft beer at Motorworks Brewing while listening to live music in their outdoor garden. We are also about 20 minutes from Sarasota, home to Siesta Key, one of the top beaches in the U.S.A as well as The Ringling Museum, a must see museum filled with outstanding art and History. There is so much to explore in this beautiful Florida city and I am more than happy to give out recommendations or answer any questions you may have.
