This place is perfect for what we wanted to do! I had 2 Gen X friends & my 20 yr old her 2 other friends had the BEST TIME! The pool was so nice after a day at the beach… we had plenty of room and felt like we were home! Close to everything and super clean. We would totally book again! Thank you!

Great central location!

Very cute little house in a convenient location! 3rd bedroom couldn’t be used as iit was the access door to the pool. But the second bedroom had three beds so worked well for the kids! Only negative was the 2nd 1/2 bath is outside.

The house was nice and was clean. The small pool was not, when I called Ruth she had the pool cleaner come over and add water. Late season so adding water made it extremely cold. We finally got to use pool last day we were there. (We tried each day and it gradually warmed up.) Location was fairly good. Various activities/sights were within reasonable driving distance, not much in walking distance. There was construction across the street so a little noise but basically a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and Ruth was responsive to our questions. Would consider renting again if we came back to area.

The house itself was exactly as described, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was the smell of smoke that just lingered on our clothes and hair a bit. Otherwise this is a perfect house to stay!

Cute bungalow

The location was convenient to visit family in Bradenton and Sarasota. We had an issue with the toilet in the laundry area, contacted the host and she was very responsive! The toilet was an antique so needless to say it was replaced within 24 hrs of our arrival. We were very pleased with the communication with the host and owners! Great little place to stay! We will definitely re-book when in the area!

We Really Enjoyed our Stay

This Mid Century Modern bungalow was exactly what the 4 of us needed. It's cute, comfortable, clean, and cozy. I loved the beachy decor mixed in with original MCM charm, while having all the modern conveniences, plus everthing on one level. It had everything we needed for our two week stay. It's also close to everything; the beautiful white sand beaches, shopping, the riverwalk, horseback riding, parks and other outdoor activities, and of course a mulitude of restaurants.We'll be back!

Stayed Friday, July 18 - Monday July 21 2025Had a great girls trip staying at this house for 3 nights. Enjoyed exploring the Bradenton/Anna Maria Island area.. lots of places to eat close by. We had dinner right by the beautiful Anna Maria Beach one evening. If wanting to go to the beach for the day.. get there early to find parking. Shopped at the local Publix and stocked up on food and drinks.. plenty of amenities (utensils and cookware) in the kitchen to cook some meals.. also there's a blender but no mixer. Nice size fridge and ample size dining table.. where we had so much fun playing some games. Lots of comfy sleeping spaces for the 7 of us.. plenty of towels and soap.The backyard area was nice to lounge around and the pool was clean.. plenty of pool toys and chairs in the laundry room. Also.. that is where the 1/2 bath is located. It's not an insulated room and was quite warm.. but with 7 ladies it came in handy!I'd suggest bringing extra toilet paper.. paper towels.. and a bag of ice. Be sure to read through the guest book on the kitchen counter so you're aware of a few things.. such as the lawn care company might show up unexpectedly as they service when they can.. and when pool cleaning is scheduled.Ruth our guest contact was fabulous.. very helpful and available for texting or calls and always got right back to me.Would definitely recommend this property for a stay if you're interested in visiting this area.
