This beautiful second-floor condo offers stunning, unobstructed views of the ocean—your perfect getaway for rest, relaxation, and coastal charm. Start your mornings with coffee on the balcony as you watch dolphins play in the surf. Whether you're here for a peaceful escape or an adventurous beach vacation, this space is designed to help you unwind and feel at home.
- Please note that early check-ins cannot be accommodated due to cleaning schedule. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you at the standard check-in time.

Tides can be unpredictable; there is extended beach access to the left of Building 1 which can be accessed from the road (very short walk). There is signage to direct you.
Our condo is located in a picturesque coastal region known for its warm, humid climate. As is common in seaside homes, especially after rain or when the unit has been unoccupied, you may occasionally notice a bit of humidity .

Cozy Beachfront Escape with Great Views and Easy Stay

We loved our stay at this beach condo! The location is truly right on the beach, and although you have to time your access between high and low tide, it wasn’t a problem for us. The main beach area nearby is mostly used by fishermen, which might not be ideal for families looking for typical swimming spots, but we didn’t mind the local vibe.Some earlier reviews mentioned an odor, but we found it smelled like any older beach house—nothing out of the ordinary. Communication with the host was excellent, there was plenty of parking, and the condo was the perfect size for a short, relaxing getaway. Would definitely stay again!

Had a very relaxing Birthday and it was absolutely beautiful. The balcony with the ocean front and center was my favorite. Ms. Dayna was very nice and communicated very well. Property was exactly like the photos and was very clean. Thank you again!!

It was a nice small place but there was an awful odor in the living room the fridge didn't work well no water pressure in the shower I could go on but like my parents told me long time ago you get what you pay for

Two night beach visit

Right on the beach, easy access. We unfortunately did not stay both nights and left early due to a bad odor in the unit that needed to be addressed. The bathroom fan needs fixing and the ceiling fan in bedroom should also be dusted.

I spent three nights here on my own and had a great stay. As noted in the listing and other reviews, there really isn't much beach directly in front of the building except when the tide is all the way out, but there's an easily reachable access point just a couple of buildings over, so this unit is a bit more convenient than ones located in other buildings at the Topsail Reef complex. It's also a short walk from the very inlet, which is the best place to see the sunset because you can see it from the beach. I didn't need anything from the host, but she did reach out proactively about a potential issue with the bunk beds, which I did not need as a solo traveler, but still appreciated. Some other reviews noted an odor, but I did not have any such issues. This is a good property for a single traveler or couple and I would stay here again.

Overall it was a good trip. The condo did have a smell that needs addressed. At high tide you cannot access the beach from the condo beach access point. We had to walk down the street to public access. We did not know this until we got instructions to check in.
