Downtown Flagler Beach 3 bedroom!

Located in the heart of Flagler Beach this 3 bedroom unit is modern and spacious. The unit is the entire second floor of the building and has staircases on both sides of the building leading up. Sorry, no elevator. Large kitchen and eating area, 65" TV in living room, tv's in all bedrooms. Located in the central business district there are dozens of restaurants within blocks of the unit and the beach and pier are only 2 blocks away! No onsite washer / dryer and no oven.
All guests are required to follow standard requirements, which includes confirmed phone number, email address, payment information, and agreement to your house rules. Off site Trailer & Truck parking are available 2 blocks away for $25.00 a day !

Daytona 500

This was a great place to stay for us for the Daytona 500. It was a close walk to the beach and close enough to walk to plenty of places to eat. Would definitely stay here again.

Better than advertised!

The location is great with walking distance to everything Flagler offers.Spacious and well furnished.I’ve stayed in Flagler numerous times and other than the very high cleaning fee this is a top 3 for me.

Family vacation

Air conditioning was not working when got to property but the owner had it fixed and cooling by the time we got back from dinner he was quick to respond and very nice. Would definitely stay again

Excellent location! Well furnished, comfortable, vast unit! The key lockbox would not work past midnight on arrival but hte owner solved everything the next morning. Awesome stay!

Large Bedrooms

I was very impressed with the property. I was blown away by the size of the bedrooms. It is located in the perfect spot walking distance to the beach and other amenities are just around the corner. The check in process was smooth. I highly recommend this to anyone who plans on visiting Flagler Beach.

Positive experience. Brand new! Well maintained with lots of attention to detail. Stocked with everything you would need during your stay. Easy to book & access and direct contact with manager. Convenient location within walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops. Easy access parking in front.

Very loud neighbors

Apartment was beautiful and very clean. Could use a bath mat in tub. We stayed Wednesday thru Sunday. We picked it because of the closeness to the beach. Biggest downfall for us was the bar right next door. The music was very loud from like noon til 2am every night but Sunday.

Perfect location for shops and coffee!

We came down to visit with family that live in Palm Coast. We are familiar with the area and picked this spot for its location to the shops, restaurants and coffee (Swillerbees) The condo was beautiful inside and very clean. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows, we all brought our own so not sure about their comfort. Plenty of towels and they had beach towels waiting for us as well. No oven but they had everything you could imagine to cook with in its place if you needed to cook. Two things that we found an issue with was no measuring cups or plates that could go in the microwave. We did have an issue with the hot water but David fixed it right away and had no other issues. Hated bothering him on the weekend but he was so nice about it all. Would recommend staying there. Great location!
