Great property with a nice amount of space for a family of 8. (A couple older kids with significant others and couple of kids under 18). There was plenty of room for us to all hang out together, and also enough space for us to retreat to bedrooms to get some time away from each other. . The place was nicely stocked and the windows are fabulous!

Excellent place

Our stay in Moab went very well. The property was very clean. Location was perfect just south of downtown. Views were amazing. Had no problems with the property but owner texted when we arrived so could have easily contacted if needed. Would highly recommend this home.

Beautiful Home with Amazing Views

Our stay could not have been better, the house was beautiful! The views of the La Sal's were amazing and taking them in was easy thanks to the huge windows in the house, or when sitting by the fire pit or in the hot tub! The property manager was great as well, immediately responding to all questions.

Modern property - The perfect Moab getaway.

This was the nicest place we’ve ever stayed in while visiting Moab. The property is gorgeous and modern with incredible views of the La Sal Mountains. Close to Spanish Trails Arena and an easy distance from downtown Moab. Clean, well appointed, with ample space. Outdoor deck and spa were a huge bonus. A+!

Magnificent indeed!

Everything about this home is PERFECT - super comfortable furniture and beds, spotless, and well stocked! We spent every morning having our coffee around the fire pit, as the views are BREATHTAKING!! The neighborhood is quiet and we loved the location! Jen was FABULOUS - quick communications and super helpful! Cannot wait to return!! :-)

Beautiful place!

The unit was awesome! Very well stocked and open for our use. Jen was very kind and involved. She prepared a very generous house warming gift for our arrival. Good access, parking for trailers and a grt patio!

New, clean and well appointed

Amazing place that had all the amenities you would need. Great patio out back with an impressive view. We were working on the south end of town, so the location was perfect. Host was very responsive, and helped solve an issue that popped up very quickly. 100% recommend, and we will stay again.

In a Different World!

The property was spacious and comfortable for our extended family. The view of the La Sal mountains was breathtaking. It was convenient for all of the scenic wonders that we visited. The customer service was prompt and helpful. We could not have a more desirable setting for our family to enjoy!

National Parks Adventure

The unit was ideal for my group of six adults. It offered close proximity to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks and served as a welcome refuge for relaxing after long days of hiking. We especially enjoyed dining outdoors on the patio admiring the sweeping view of the La Sal mountain range. Overall, the unit met all our requirements and was complemented by the quick and courteous responses to my inquiries from our host, Jen. Well done, Jen!

Amazing - we rented both units !!

This place was amazing. We rented both sides of the twin home for our family outing. It is brand new so I wondered if there would be some kinks, but it was perfect. Jenni the manager is great to work with. It got chili at night so we loved the fire pit out back by the hot tub and the fireplace inside is amazing. It has different colors you can turn on for the flame as well, but it was nice and warm. We VRBO a lot and this is definitely one of the best places we’ve stayed. The furniture is nice quality and the rooms are layed out great for families. Tall ceilings are a plus for me, and Jenni mentioned they spent way more money than most on insulation for every interior bedroom wall and between the two twin home units for sound and comfort. I didn’t think much of it, but with all us in there we kept commenting how we couldn’t hear the kids making noise as well and we didn’t hear the other half of the family that was in the other unit at all. We noticed how comfortable the temp was inside or didn’t have the normal swings you sometimes get in rentals. Just an unexpected perk on top of everything else at this place. The views are stunning. They have so many big windows that you capture views from every room in the property for both units.. I love the private patios with private hot tubs, and it’s so nice to have a 2 car garage for our bikes and toys. This property is unique for Moab from where we’ve stayed because the white street behind the unit isn’t used by anyone and we parked all our trailers and jeeps back there. We could easily see them from the back patio and it kept the front driveway clear for our cars. We are already booking this for our trips this spring and fall. It will be our go too. Thanks Jenni.
