There are 3 apartments on site. Make sure you go to the correct space.

(Apartment A) Yours is the 1st floor apartment of the main house.

Access is located on the back patio.

DO NOT GO TO THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE (Not your apartment)

Guests will have exclusive, unshared access to the entire 1st floor of the home, back patio, and room for parking 2 vehicles in the drive on the left behind the area marked guest.

(Guest House B) Guests will have exclusive, unshared access to the separate Guest House along with back deck, and room for parking for 2 more vehicles at the end of the drive marked for guest.

DO NOT GO TO THE MAIN HOUSE.

Backyard, boat dock, and outside hot tub are shared areas.

The Schlage keypad is located on the back door of the apartment to make your check-in easy, 24 hours a day

When in Downtown Charleston we recommend using the FREE Carta Dash Shuttle to get around

Carta also has several Park n Ride sites located throughout the area

✅ You are booking 2 separate spaces next to each other-1 is a Guesthouse and the other is a 1st Floor Guest Suite Apartment of the Main Home
✅ Due to risk of drowning in the River, Pond and Dock, No children ages 2-12 years old allowed
✅ This property has outdoor shared amenities in the backyard including but not limited to the hot tub area, fire pit, picnic table, grill, dock, hammock, and pond.
✅ For safety and liability reasons we use outdoor security cameras in front and backyards which may include any pool and spa areas. We use noise monitors (party squashers) inside the homes.
✅ TRAVEL INSURANCE ✈️ We strongly encourage our guest(s) to purchase travel insurance to protect your stay.
As a convenience, we have teamed up with Rental Guardian to offer one of the most comprehensive travel plans with a cancel for any reason option!

You will have the option to purchase up to 30 days before your stay with us.
✅ This is a self check-in home not a hotel so please keep that in mind as there is no one onsite 24/7.
✅ If issues arise please contact us ASAP and we try to resolve as quickly as possible.
✅ Guest count is the max # of guests (adult and children over 12 months) allowed on the property at all times during your entire stay. If your guest amount is understated you will be charged for entire length of your reservation per each guest over.
✅ After booking you will receive links to Reserve your Refundable Security Deposit HOLD and E-sign your Rental Agreement.
✅ Please note credit card fees can not be refunded under any circumstance including cancellations.
✅ Bugs: We get our yard and house professionally treated by a pest control company, but this is still very much the deep south. During weather changes or rain fall you may on occasion see a Palmetto bug, spider, ant or a mosquito. This isn't an indication of cleanliness but more the fact that we live under sea level :)
✅ No parking in the garage. Owner may have items stored in the garage.
✅ If a guest chooses to dock their boat at our dock, the guest is responsible and liable for verifying all things concerning their boat such as dimensions, bridge obstructions, draft, nautical charts to ensure it will fit.
