We loved the resort and the surroundings. Very relaxing pools and beach area. The host responded quickly and the staff was attentive. Our room was quite close to the highway so the balcony had lots of road noise, but we didn't spend much time in the room, so it wasn't too much of an issue.

The resort was beautiful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a 2 bedroom lock off and it worked great for us. The pool was a little crowded on the weekend but that is to be expected.

Best spot on Kaanapali

Great stay in an amazing property. Location is ideal and Westin community is wonderful for a family. We were a group of 16 staying in multiple units of the complex and had the best vacation ever. This particular owner was flexible with our dates and we would definitely look to rent from them again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Was pleased with the accommodations at the Westin Villas. Our Oceanview was a 2nd floor unit, maybe a few doors down from the end of the building, overlooking the pool area with the ocean and Molokai in the distance. They do not service your room every day, just on request, but I don't think that was super clear at check-in. Pool chairs were sometimes hard to come by, but we enjoyed the grounds and location. Ran into a small snag around check-in but the owner took care of it in time and check-in went smoothly.
