We're located in Abbot - Maine's #1 Town!
Convenient location right on Route 15 puts you right in between Greenville/Moosehead Lake and Dover-Foxcroft. Guilford and Monson are only 10 mins away. Pet-Friendly, Direct ATV Trail Access, country setting with a large private yard.
The house is 1.5 stories, but all the living space is on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor is just unfinished storage space, and closed off. The living space is aprox 900 sq ft total, featuring a kitchen/dining area, living room with a sofa & love seat, bathroom with laundry, and 2 bedrooms each with a small closet and full size bed.
