Located in the heart of Santa Rosa Valley, this historic 33 acre working lemon ranch has great views with many activities to enjoy. Premier mountain biking trails are just down the street in Hill Canyon, or a casual bike and hike trails on the ranch. Popular Ventura and LA county beaches are a 20 minute drive. hike or a bike ride into Hill Canyon. You may also take a drive down South to visit Disney Land, Universal Studios, City Walk, which are approximately 1 hour away. Traveling North will take you to Santa Barbara, Ojai, Solvang, just to name a few. MANY activities to enjoy!

Very peaceful and quiet. Beautiful views! If you’re going to The Biggest Little Farm aka Apricot Lane Farms this is a good location. Vons nearby. Recommend Latitude 34 for dinner.

Spacious and comfortable guest house

We enjoyed our stay in this guest house. It is comfortable and very spacious for a couple. It is very well-appointed, with everything you will need for cooking and daily living. The setting is scenic and peaceful. The guest house is surrounded by a working lemon and avocado ranch, and the hillside location provides beautiful views of Santa Rosa Valley. We hope to return someday.

Peaceful

The property itself was spotlessly clean, roomy and for us its location was perfect. It's located on a working lemon and avocado ranch, but this was not an issue in any way. The accommodation is well appointed with all the things you enjoy being at you own home but cannot be found in any hotel. Should you need additional space for more guests they have a secondary Air B&B home on site that I'm sure they'd be happy to rent to you if it's not already booked. We cannot say enough good things about the hostess and host of this property. During our stay we experienced some medical complications that stopped us from being able to complete the intention for our trip and our hostess went above and beyond any expectations we would have had to ensure that everything she could do, or provide, to make our stay easier was done. You find few people in this world today who have the grace and caring nature we experienced, and we'll be sure to return to this property on any, and all, future trips to the area. It just doesn't get any better than this for a place away from home.
