Located in the heart of Santa Rosa Valley, this historic 33 acre working lemon ranch has great views with many activities to enjoy. Premier mountain biking/hiking trails are just down the street in Hill Canyon, or a casual bike and hike trails on the ranch. Popular Ventura and LA county beaches are a 20 minute drive. The property is 1.8 miles from two wedding venues. (Marvilla Gardens and Gerry Ranch). Need a little extra space? Adjacent to the one bedroom house is a three bedroom house that sleeps 6.
