Great Place

After a few small things that we questioned upon artival, they were addressed immediately and we had s wonderful stay. The pool was absolutely great on those 100 degree days. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and answered all questions very quickly.

Very nice property.

Property was as advertised and host provided much info such as restaurants and entertainment in the area. The pool was nice and clean although we didn't use it. The dog potty area worked very well for our Labrador.

This home was excellent and the owner Romero could not have been more cordial. The owners were aware of a birthday being celebrated and we’re kind enough to provide birthday decoration, which was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this property.

My little getaway

Visit to AZ for our son and daughter in law's baby shower! Celebrating our new grand-baby!

Nice house and Great location

House was clean and updated. There is a dishwasher now which came in handy. Just as pictured with theater type seating to watch TV. Location was very close to a Walmart and 10 minutes to Costco.

Perfect for our needs

We were there for a tennis tournament and the home had everything we needed. The only downside is that I’m allergic to pets and didn’t realize it was a pet friendly home. Maybe I missed that memo. Host was excellent and a timely communicator.

Great place!

This was a great place to stay! Quiet neighborhood, very clean and easy to find. Could have been stocked a little better. No bar soap, only body wash. Only 2 hand towels for the bathroom and 2 dish towels for kitchen. Also could have haf a toaster. Had a very nice pool although we diidnt get to use it because only there fora short stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Just one suggestion

We gave this lovely, super clean, and comfortable home less than a ten for one reason. There is no door to the bathroom in the master bdrm. I would rectify this with simply a tension rod and a few yards of fabric. Just my opinion, nothing to make us not go there again. Wonderful backyard with pool. Very relaxing. We loved it!!!

Good Stay

This is a smaller house in Surprise. It was perfectly adequate for my husband and me. The only thing people really need to know about this property is that there is no dishwasher. If this is a must have for you, this is not the property you want. Everything else is there for you.
