We had a wonderful stay! We weren’t there a lot but it was very clean and comfortable. Great location and easy to get to. We had plans for all of our days there but we enjoyed our evenings at the house. We had plenty of space and everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! We loved the quiet town of Townsend, and liked that we were close enough to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge to enjoy all those cities have to offer. The cabin was the perfect size for our 2 families. We loved our bear visitors, who would walk right up on our porch in the evenings.

The beds were nice and bathrooms had plenty of towels. A few items needed in the kitchen would be a big frying pan that is flat and measuring cups. Hot tub is nice and game tables were great

We had a great stay. The driveway is steep and not a lot of room to turn around especially with 3 vehicles but we made it work. The cabin is just close enough to everything and just the right size for our group of 9 to spread out.

The home was very nicely decorated for Christmas. Warm and cozy it fit 9 people well and had something for everyone to stay busy. Didn’t matter if you wanted to shoot a game of pool or relax in the hot tub very relaxing…it was all over a good time … the host answered the questions I needed to know and made sure we had the things we needed when asked before we got there.
