About this property

Stylish Studio in the Heart of Camp Verde

Wake up to the sight of Mingus Mountain. Very cute modern studio walking distance to restaurants, coffee and shopping. This is a prime location situated for easy access to all Verde Valley attractions. Sedona, Montezuma Castle, Wineries, Verde River kayaking and even day trips to Jerome, Payson and the Grand Canyon. Stargaze at night and soak up the morning sun on our private patio.
The space
The newly renovated studio has a king size brand new Sealy mattress, shower bathroom. The kitchenette includes a full size refrigerator, sink, counter top stove, counter top oven, Keurig coffee maker and various utensils, dishes, glassware and cookware for guest use. Coffee, tea, sugar and stevia are provided.
Guest access
You'll have access to the studio with a completely autonomous entry and parking. There's a private seating area right up front, and a patio with a propane fireplace, shared with other guests.
Other things to note
Well behaved pets, under 20 lb, allowed only. Must agree to pet fee added to your stay at the time of check in. In case any extensive cleaning is needed additional charges will be applied via Airbnb.

For your safety we have cameras on property - placed outside only.

Small but well appointed…all that you need. Very clean. Joy was a clear and very prompt communicator and arrival procedure and expectations simple and everything was organized into a notebook. Bed was very comfortable. The outside is on an alley and neighbors places a bit junky…but we felt safe and the park was an easy walk.

Peaceful Perfection

We enjoyed our stay in the stylish studio in Camp Verde tremendously. It is the perfect location that is tucked away from the crowds, that you often see in Sedona and surrounding areas, while making traveling to and from those areas is a breeze. The studio is set perfectly in historical Camp Verde; it is walking distance to the most perfect small businesses and restaurants. The studio is the perfect size for two people and a dog, was cleaned spectacularly, and had all of the essentials you may need for a getaway! I cannot recommend this property enough.
